.149 is less than double the limit, 1st impression of that is : ehh could have been worse. But Barkley is hovering around 3 bills so in order for him to get up to .149 hes gotta be chuggin Patron like in that infamous pic.

But he’s Barkley! He says crazy stuff and is so funny! He can do whatever he wants!
I think the media may slurp him even more than they do Tebow.

.149 BAC, 3 bills and almost 46 years old. I’m just impressed he thought he could get it up for a roadside hummer w/out a “Vitamin V”

Well we can not confirm or deny whether he was going to need a performance enhancing drug

I doubt TNT cares. I’m sure their attitude is “Just Chuck being Chuck.”

If I was a professional athlete driving drunk, I’d at least make sure I get pulled over in the Mutt Cutts mobile.

Mine was roughly around 75% last night, so I see no problem with this.

Shouldn’t your alcohol level be atleast .149 to be a regular viewer of TNT?
January 9th, 2009 at 3:33 pm
Granted he was drunk, but the reason he was speeding was so that he’d get home quicker. You can’t really fault him for that. The less time he’s on the road the better.
