Sunday Roundup: Crabtree Will Run
Baseball, Blogging, Horse Racing, NFL February 22nd. 2009, 1:30pm
That’s Sienna Miller at some gala. Has anyone reading ever been to a gala? I’ve never been to a gala. There should be a bloggers’ gala. I’d go.
There’s basketball and hockey on this afternoon so relax and enjoy yourselves. I’ll have an Oscars’ post up later. You can believe that.
Michael Crabtree will show you how fast he is. And he’ll show you on a broken foot. Someone really should have taped some of his games so he could just have his surgery. (FanHouse)
David Dellucci said he was bitten by an alligator. (Sports Rubbish)
Don’t throw grenades at cops. Even if it was a dud. (Tampa Bay)
NBA’ers and video games. (ESPN)
UFC 95 bonuses. (MMAjunkie)
What ever happened to throwing batteries? Two guys plotted to affect horse races with poison darts. (Hong Kong Herald)
Bulls blogger Sam Smith isn’t a blogger. *sigh* Whatever helps him sleep at night. (Mouthpiece Sports)
unbeWEAVEable (MLJ)
Hall of Fame linebacker Andre Tippett is proud of his induction into the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame. (The Jerusalem Post)
A new Celtics blog brought to you by the poetic mind behind Josh Q Public. Too bad Celtics fans don’t exist in real life. (Hardwood Houdini)
A high school won a championship a year after 7 players on their team died in a traffic accident. (Total Pro Sports)
CC is really starting to show. I wonder if he knows the sex yet? (It is about the money, stupid)

Seth Davis just picked VCU as his midmajor to make a run in march.
Rams have lost 2 of 3 and last three road games. Still lead the CAA, but not a lock to win the league tourney, i’d guess.

finally: Cuse lead.

VCU has two potential NBA’ers on their squad…something no other mid major (zags aren’t mid major) can say.
