I still don’t entirely understand this Twitter thing, and am not sure what the big deal is.

@Jay: Twitter is a “social networking” site that allows people to post thoughts, requests, news, pictures, in little one line blurbs. Imagine if this site posted one-liners all the time. That would be twitter. The thing that is appealing about it is that if one were to have a mobile twitter app on their phone, they can post something at anytime on their.
