Bo Knows … Banks?
Bo Jackson, Former Athletes, Video April 27th. 2009, 2:45pm
At perhaps the nadir of the banking industry in the history of the United States, former two-sport superstar Bo Jackson is opening up a community bank in Burr Ridge, Illinois. “We have no type of debt, like all the other banks. We’re a small community bank and one thing we all decided, is that if we are going to do a bank in our community, it needs to be owned by the people who live in the community,” Jackson said. We’re morally obligated to link up this highlight reel for anyone under the age of 25 who may not have seen how dominant Jackson was in his brief NFL career with the Raiders. He famously trucks Bosworth at the 1:20 mark. (CBS2)

Bo Jackson (Tecmo Bowl Version) = greatest video game athlete of All Time. There will be no discussion session because this is fact not opinion.

QB Eagles was pretty good too. Okoye was almost as great but was always injured. Bo was an invincible, unstoppable monster. Blitz him, you’ll see…
/still have nightmares of trying to stop him

the run against the redskins is particularly impressive. anytime someone scored on a long run against the skins, you almost always saw Darrell Green at some point entering the frame. no so with Bo.

I disagree. Its a very good game but I think Donkey Kong is the best game ever.

LT

Techmo – LT and Bo Jackson, no doubt, are the best. Barry Sanders and Jerry Rice are Nos. 2 and 3.
Also, what’s the big deal about Bo vs. Boz? Solid contact but it wasn’t even that big of a hit or “trucking.”

But his VORP and OPS as a baseball player are lower than Daniel Murphy’s so he sucked

After watching that film again, I forgot how much Bo abused the Bengals. No wonder they intentionally injured his him and ended his career.
/Bengals suck

If I saw a play like that in a game I would think nothing of it.

You know something you suck!

Bo Knows.
Duder – It was more a socio-cultural thing. Boz was an ass and everyone outside of red dirt hell hated him. Bo was a good guy and most everyone liked him.
The throw from left field to home plate is my fav.

Outside the Lines is on building up the whole “Mark Sanchez is a Me***an” playing in NYC angle. You better lift the ban, tbl!
They’re digging up any Latino who played to interview. Right now, it’s Raul Allegra. Anthony Munoz can’t be far behind

I couldnt believe it when TBL linked to a Me***an’s twi++er page today.
April 27th, 2009 at 3:09 pm
the Boz thing was such a big deal because he was talking trash the whole time leading up to the game saying how he was going to contain Bo and when they finally met at the goal line he couldn’t hold his ground..if Boz wasn’t such an ass leading up to the game then that hit would mean pretty much nothing..

Bo – one of the top 5 athletes I’ve ever seen in my lifetime. I found all his baseball and football cards that I had collected in storage last week.
The man was LaDanian, Reggie Bush, and an Abrams tank all rolled into one.
