Meanwhile, Milwaukee seems a better fit for the Alabama boy who says he prefers the Midwest.
Fine with me, if he doesn’t go to the Cubs. Just don’t hook him up with LaRussa and Duncan.

@Jay- He already turned down a potential trade to St. Louis during the off-season; I don’t think you need to worry. Besides, Bill DeWitt wouldn’t take on the remainder of the contract.
