Maybe help him rehab his shoulder? I could be wrong on this one, but I don’t think you can trade him when he is on the DL.

That Billy Mays story is scary, I liked his show on the Discovery channel, seemed like a cool guy. Wife said its a classic case of epidural hematoma, where after a blow to the head blood builds up and puts pressure on the brain, without releasing that pressure you die.
