Stallworth: Not Only Was He Drunk, But High, Too
1-liner, Courts, Legal, Drugs, NFL July 1st. 2009, 9:45amDonte Stallworth: “After fatally striking a pedestrian on the MacArthur Causeway in a March drunk driving accident, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth also tested positive for marijuana use, law enforcement sources say.” Dude, Goodell is going to drill him for double-digits games. We’ll never understand the entitlement from these guys – drunk and high and worth millions and you’re driving around? Hope this guy got his degree from UT. He’s going to need it for future employment. [Miami Herald]

Whoa whoa whoa! (The Real) UT players drive into buildings, not people.

I doesn’t mean he was high when he hit him. He could have just smoked recently.

just because he tested positive for weed doesn’t mean he was baked, just that he smoked within the last 4-6 months.
then again…i guess he didn’t have his masking agents with him before they drew blood when he was arrested.

He misses 10 games for killing a guy.
He misses 10 games because he “hurt” his hamstring.
Who gives a shit? What’s the difference? Steve McNair thinks this guy is brittle.

4-6 months is a little high (pun intended).

I’m pretty sure Spencer meant weeks.

weed can be traced in pee for 4-6 weeks after smoking. it can be traced in hair and blood samples for up to 6 months after smoking.

Spencer – I see what you are saying.

Yeah, because poor people never do this. It’s amazing how only the rich become concerned only with their immeadiate pleasures and assume nothing bad will happen to them.

Both groups have a lack of personal responsibility and never really had to work for anything in their lives. Not to mention that some of the people who become very rich in professional sports were very poor growing up
July 1st, 2009 at 10:19 am
Yeah, it’s not like people who grow up in the middle class who always make proper decisions because their pooridge was just right.

more like walmart. All joking aside, if you want to see how bad the gene pool has become, go to your local walmart.
July 1st, 2009 at 10:21 am
exactly. It has nothing to do with class. It is across the board. People can be idiots. I think they call it human or something.
July 1st, 2009 at 10:23 am
I disagree. A lot of people reach the middle class because they don’t run over people and abuse meth.
Sure, they can fuck up their children once they get there…

I think the point is that Stallworth can afford to pay someone to be his conscience/drive his ass around if he chooses to indulge.

You’re a stronger man than I.

Correct on the hair, but not the blood. Detection of cannabinoids in blood is short-term (less then 72 hours).
