Well Brock it worked!
I think it is simple as I just discussed with a friend on the matter, and the TV media are already showing their right and left slants.
She is going to prep for the Senate folks, and this gives her time and room also to dodge the witch hunt patrol with regard to potential corruption as governor as well. Note that it was announced on a Friday right before a holiday weekend to minimise the media impact as well. That’s just an old Washington trick whenever something is up.
This should also quiet many of those on here on the left who think I am some Republican bigoted high priest or on the right who think I am the leader of that vast liberal media conspiracy again.

Criticism of her decision for various reasons but not with merit. Palin not only is she great for ratings as was Hillary for years, but they know she would lose if she ran for president so that no matter how badly he will fuck up, Obama will stay.
Furthermore, they are threatened by any FEMALE voice in the Senate to counter the liberal bitch ninnie block of Feinstein-Boxer-Clinton et cetera.

Lots of appeals to “doing it for her family” and ass-kissing and the like as they stay mum until she “announces” she will run for Senate months from now. They will coddle and just oodle her for more than her tits apparently.
At least now some of the media spotlight goes to Palin instead of the celebrities dying, which in turn took the spotlight away the DC Metro wreck, Perez Hilton, and to some degree that cheating governor from South Carolina. But now we are finding about that “other woman” as well. Perhaps someone can produce some nudes even.

Correct! Go figure PA s@ciali$ed liquor prices are lower than neighbouring states with “free markets” too. Same with VA over DC and MD. OH has s@ciali$ed liquor distribution too. Allegely some of these states have had such a scheme to keep out organised crime like in NJ, but in reality it is to rake in more taxes and keep prices lower for mass consumption because they make it up in volume this way.

Regarding Palin, thought I’m not a fan of hers, if she is planning a run in 2012, than this would be an incredibly dumb thing to do. It’s one thing to say you won’t seek re-election, it’s quite another thing to say you’ll be leaving office in a month. Shit, she’s got at least another two years to keep her name in the spotlight. Again, not a bright move.

Well first Ron Artest showed up, five years after that fight when all he did was retaliate for a drink thrown at him, and then TBL was not here to cool us off when Sponge brought up politics, and then well, in great irony, the biggest TBL fight ever followed with 279 entries and counting!
It was mostly me taking on two guys on the right and one on the left, with a few certified Paolo Haters mostly from OH and PA and NYC chiming in (the feeling is more than mutual for most folks in those states anyway), but in the end I guess everyone survived unscathed with battle lines drawn for quite some time.
To me that is a happy ending.

I know I liked it but a lot of people thought the plot was waaaay too convoluted, but for me it was necessary to introduce a new SPECTRE like organization. Frankly they should have just done SPECTRE again, that would have been awesome. Plus I loved the bad guy (the arms dealer from Munich), he was so creepy.

i was disappointed with Quantum of Solace, actually. It was too uneven, reminded me of the way a heart monitor display jumps up and down. it goes from dead calm, to 100 mph, then back to a dead calm, from whisper quiet to ear shattering explosions.
the plot was fine, the pacing was terrible. one of the least favorites in my opinion, will probably enjoy it upon further viewings though.

It was mostly me taking on two guys on the right and one on the left, with a few certified Paolo Haters mostly from OH and PA and NYC chiming in (the feeling is more than mutual for most folks in those states anyway), but in the end I guess everyone survived unscathed with battle lines drawn for quite some time.
what I like is that paolo is the hero of his own story. You have to admire that type of delusion.

The second and third books are only very VERY loosely based on the books, apparently the books got really weird. There is supposed to be a fourth movie, so making a prequel isn’t out of the question. They had to make up a ton of stuff for Supremacy and Ultimatum so it wouldn’t be a big deal.
My mom was a big fan of the books and said the second and third ones were almost incomprehensible because the plot was so weird.
Little known fact amongst my generation is there was a Bourne Identity made back in the eighties, and it’s a much darker movie, real fucked up.

I, honest to god, had to defend my mom’s honor on the radio once. I was a radio dj in college and was talking shit on my show about this local band comprised of frat boys who played nothing but Nickelback and Creed covers, so one of their friends calls in to another show on the station and starts calling my mom a whore, on the air. So I’m loaded drunk when I happen to hear this, and call the station and tell them to patch me into the board, and I just go on this ten minute rant about how their band sucks and they pay for their friends. It was one of my prouder moments in life.

Until they replace Iker, or put an impervious defense in front of him to mask the keepers deficiencies like SAF has done. I still say he’s the weak spot in that team. People blame the defense all the time, but he lets in way too many goals regardless. Pepe Reina won the Golden Glove with John Arne Riise playing in front of him, I’m sorry but he’s the best Spanish keeper playing right now. Shit, Valdes might even be better too. Iker gets so much preferential treatment because he plays for the Royal team.

In the EPL …. Mark Schwarzer. The things he did for Fulham this season were incredible. Until his head injury I would have said Cech, but he really has lost something since then. I think Reina is the best of the top four, Cech second and nobody else close (sorry, VDStatue is a product of his defense and Almunia … lol Almunia). But all four of those teams have great teams in front of them, Schwarzer does not, and he still plays incredibly well.

Oh no doubt, but his career is winding down to be sure, Foster is your future for better or worse. But he’s a product of his defense in that he was named the keeper in the PFA team of the year and now has a record for consecutive clean sheets, and both are in huge part due to the two standing in front of him bitching people (except Torres and Gerrard last season, for some reason Vidic shit himself in both games, doesn’t make sense). I think Cech was more naturally talented than VDS ever was, but I think Cech was the best keeper the EPL has seen in the last ten years.
