By the way, Lance just pulled out a folding chair, and he’s about to nail his team leader in the back of the head:

This is completely baseless, and just throwing this out there, but have the Williams sisters been tested for steroids? I mean, they’re really really big.

Big Ben is the first rookie to win every start as a Quartback in his first season.
Roethlisberger becomes the youngest QB to win a SB.
Ben wins 2 in 4 years
/for spence and the other ben haters on here

Ben is a warrior who is always hurt but wills his team to victory
/better hope it ends better for this “warrior” QB than the last one

Ben has two shield-sized rings to use as armor
/rip air mcnair. hated that guy, since he was a certifiable steeler killer, but this is just all kinds of sad

Shouldn’t USC and LSU football get a shout-out in this?

You can always count on a good defense giving Ben a victory.
July 6th, 2009 at 3:23 pm
You can always count on…Oh wait, Matt Ryan hasn’t won anything of value
July 6th, 2009 at 3:51 pm
Are you saying my heart has no value?
July 6th, 2009 at 3:57 pm
go steelers!!!
still waiting for evidence that shows big ben is anything but a medicore QB who lucked into a good spot.
and no, team achievements such as wins and rings don’t count.

Accounting for ALL the yards of a sub-2-minute, 80+ yard SB-winning drive?
Yeah, that defense did it for him

Steelers lose to the worst super bowl team of all time if James Harrison doesn’t return that INT 100yards for a TD.
So yes, the defense did win it for him.

A) There was no guarantee that Arizona would score a TD there anyway.
B) If they did, who’s to say the Steelers offensive gameplan wouldn’t change in the 2nd half to be more assertive?
If team stats such as wins and rings don’t count towards defending Big Ben, then hypotheticals shouldn’t be used to discredit him.
