watch this carefully…it’s going to happen again next year, only with a golf association that actually matters. hopefully they get to beheading finchem sooner than 2010.
i like this move. bivens has DESTROYED the women’s game. she’s ignorant, abrasive, and without a doubt the worst commish in the history of professional sports. she’s worse than bettman, finchem and selig combined.

While Bivens is terrible, I’m not sure anyone is going to help the LPGA out at least in the short term. Purses are too high and sponsors want nothing to do with them.
The PGA, NeckCar, and any other sponsor driven sport is going to suffer mightily over the next few years as companies continually tighten the belt in an effort to get a handle around expenses.

They should replace her with Michael Bivens.
He’d have the non-manish LPGA members in bikinis by the next tournament and have it sponsored by Maxim, Captain Morgan and Ed Hardy.
