My high school wrestling coach taught us to stick our thumbs in our opponents asses. He felt this was a proper offensive maneuver. He called it “changing the oil.” I am not scarred at all.

I hate these stories because I have no idea how outraged to be. In this case it was an under-aged teenage girl (at least according to the comment on the article). Now is she 13 or 17? Because 17 is old man lecherous should know better, what the heck were you thinking outrage. 13 is you are a dirty pedophile and need to go to jail outrage. Also the connotation by bringing up him being a wrestling OFFICIAL (different than coach) is that it is a guy, when that does not seem to be the case in this.

Let me clarify that I was not suggest he should not be punished if he thought the girl was 17, simply that there is a difference between being attracted to girls who look like girls and girls that look like young woman. One is you are gross what is wrong with you and one is you should not do that that is wrong.
