My initial reaction was to clown him for not being a good NCAA president. Now I feel sick to my stomach for saying that. Like my friend said, no reason to stomp on his grave. He’s just a guy trying to make a living.

Feel bad for his family and especially his son. 67 is not old at all. I wouldn’t wish cancer on a guy like that. A mass murderer maybe… but not a guy just trying to do a job. That was poor form by me.

Pancreatic cancel is just terrifying. It takes you quickly. Patrick Swayze was the exception, I believe he was able to live with it for almost a full year.

Upshaw lasted what, 3 days after he found out? Pancreatic cancer is basically death, unless you somehow fall into a CT machine and they catch it early. Once you have symptoms…
