Candace Parker Engaged; Shelden Williams Continues to Play Above the Rim

Damn that vacation we took! It was a glorious two weeks away from the computer, sports, and life in general, but we missed this incredible story: college basketball hottie Candace Parker got engaged to Atlanta Hawks center Sheldon Williams.
Back in March, after seeing in ESPN the Magazine that the two were dating, we jokingly posted about what kind their offspring may look like. Bill Russell wasn’t a bad guess, was it?
Well now that they’re getting married - our best guess would be sometime between May and September of next year, when the Hawks are on summer break and the after Parker graduates - we can begin a full assault on fun stuff like wedding registry, baby name, finding an agent, all that jazz.
Mazel tov, kids! May you have many, many children that dominate the NBA.

She’s WAY too attractive for Sheldon Williams, that’s for sure. He must have an amazing personality.

OMG she is sooo pretty and he is soo………ughhhhh she can do betta but if she is in luv then i am happy for her. And as far as the babies go…I hope she leaves them where they are because she is to great of an athlete and has to much going for her to start thinking about children. Waiting a couple years won’t hurt her at all…..if anything it will be a great desicion for her.

Yall need to stop hatin on sheldon talkin about he ugly and stuff. you should be happy for candace because some women don’t find affluent men like Sheldon. Candace is a grown women and she can do what she wants to do without somebody like yall telling her who she should marry. So congrats Candace.
