Mariah Carey, anyone? … cocaine flying out of someone’s rear end …slideshow of really bad tattoos … pretty bad first date … this lost dog story is pretty radical … wow, talk about crooked cops … when the ex-husband comes looking for his ex-wife, it is dangerous to be sleeping next to her … another gigantic dead whale … a mid-air fight between pilots and crew … “Slow chicken order leads to assault arrest” and she cried in the mugshot … there’s fresh, fun new Letterman news daily! …
It was a bad weekend for the refs: Major pass interference completely missed on that final play between Dallas and Denver. (Landry Hat)
Washington fans with some visual evidence that Notre Dame’s 2-point conversion should not have counted. (Hot Dog and Friends)
Nice read about how plenty of NBA players went back to college this summer. (NYT)
“SEC admitted that its officials made the wrong call on the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty called on Georgia wide receiver A.J. Green late in the Bulldogs’ loss to LSU Saturday.” (AJC)
Everybody looking forward to this Billy Beane sex scene with a waitress from Outback Steakhouse? (Game of Inches)

An interview with the guy who videotaped that couple having sex in a bathroom at Cowboys Stadium. (Audio)
Look at the “fan” located directly between both news guys. Then, look at his t-shirt.
It is fun to talk about, but Eric Berry isn’t winning the Heisman.

Kiffin had every right to kick Warren off of the team. That guy sucked ass
October 6th, 2009 at 8:05 am
I honestly can’t believe you linked that garbage.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:08 am
You and I have a very different definition of what “major” pass interference is.
Just going by that still shot alone, his arm is barely touching the receiver’s arm… also, you know you are allowed to touch the receiver, right? Its the holding and pulling that is not allowed.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:08 am
Not if she looks like Bill James.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:08 am
yep.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:09 am
couple had sex at cowboys stadium? I need to get to a computer stat!
October 6th, 2009 at 8:11 am
better link.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:11 am
Fixed
October 6th, 2009 at 8:12 am
there was a better example of db reach around in that denver/dallas game.
the dallas db latched onto the denver wr deep down the middle and came over the top to knock the ball away using leverage created by the reach around.
standard nfl d - move along.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:14 am
–Holy shit that crooked cops story is fucked up.
–Thanks for the apology, SEC. I feel so much better.
–Wow. How in the hell did ND get away with that?
You shut your mouth with this nonsense.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:16 am
From the pass interference link -
It’s a screen cap of a YouTube video. That blog better be satire.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:19 am
he would if the award actually went to the most outstanding college football player.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:19 am
Looking through the blog, it’s obviously a kid. Can I take back picking on him?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:20 am
You must have missed the ever popular “roughing the snapper” call and phantom pass interference call that went against ND…
It usually evens out in the end.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:22 am
I did not see the game, but it doesn’t “work out” when one play directly leads to points.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:28 am
Washington fans with some visual evidence that Notre Dame’s 2-point conversion should not have counted.
let me guess…cassino/sarkattack/cassino. Get that guy a Whambulance
Every game every week has these type of bad calls/non-calls. No one cares except for the fans of the team… like me and my teams that got screwed
/99 Stanley Cup Finals

October 6th, 2009 at 8:29 am
no early reaction to hilary duff’s debut on GG last night?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:30 am
TBL, please tell me there’s a post today about Sagrin’s all time college basketball rankings.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:30 am
GHEY
October 6th, 2009 at 8:30 am
So because ND was able to stop Washington on the goal line AGAIN 3 straight times after that “snapper” call, that makes the call ok? All right…
October 6th, 2009 at 8:33 am
Say it ain’t so, D-Rose…
October 6th, 2009 at 8:33 am
Yes. Without the two-point conversion you lose. simple as that. That call clearly had a direct impact on the game because it DIRECTLY gave points to one team.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:35 am
tallguy - yes. later in the day. save your bile.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:38 am
What jpq said.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:39 am
Duff was great. I hope they keep her on for awhile.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:40 am
I wanna make babies with Georgina’s face.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:41 am
Throwing at Champ Bailey twice was dumb. Not only because he’s the best corner the Broncos have, but because he’s less likely to ever be called for a penalty like that.
Blame your QB and coordinator, Cowboys’ fans.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:42 am
What little I saw of her, she was ok–the bigger question–what the hell is Tyra doing on every CW show? Jeez. Hopefully Joel McHale will have a comment on Friday.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:44 am
Easy to say when your team gets the calls.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:46 am
v4l - who is joel mchale? no clue what tyra was doing on there.
impressive georgina ref, Sanders. personally, im not a fan of her work.
duff was rocking - wait for it - a hat for a portion of the show.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:46 am
Mohn was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Garfagna will be summonsed to court for assault and battery
I know if you’re military trained, any criminal assault charges come with “the deadly weapon tag”, but she doesn’t seem like the type of girl to go through that. She kicked him while he was down on the ground, her boyfriend sucker punched the back of his head…anyone got a clue?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:46 am
UW did get jobbed. However, all calls have a direct impact on the game. You can’t definitively say that UW would have won without ND’s 2-point conversion though.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:47 am
no early reaction to hilary duff’s debut on GG last night?
yes. Turn in your man card.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:48 am
My wife has already taken my man card. You want something else?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:48 am
TBL–McHale hosts the Soup on E! Friday nights. He loves mocking Tyra every chance he gets. It’s very funny stuff.
Plus he’s on Community–NBC’s new show.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:50 am
I thought watching the Soup was a prerequisite for being a pop-culture junkie?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:50 am
NBA players like the EPL!
I heard AK-47 is using his yearly Get Some Strange card from wifey to play spin the bottle with Ronaldo
October 6th, 2009 at 8:50 am
he brings up a good point…shapiro can’t draft.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:51 am
reggie jackson on viagara … was in a car accident a few years ago, had some nerve sensation below the waist … yada, yada, yada … he uses viagara.
anyone ever try, for the fun of it, to pop viagara and booze?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:52 am
yea, but berry hasn’t been the most outstanding player this year.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:53 am
Dear Lord, how is this possible?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:53 am
Mr. October talking about boners at 9 am, excellent
October 6th, 2009 at 8:54 am
I really like that show. The crumping bit at the end last week was hilarious.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:54 am
what the hell is Tyra doing on every CW show?
my guess: “Corporate synergy”/”Expanding network brand”/:Cro–promotion-pollenation”
can you tell I have worked in a large corporate environment before?
All of these stupid shows will be featuted on a “Very Special Tyra” during November sweeps
/book it
October 6th, 2009 at 8:54 am
ahh looks like TBL beat me to the punch, I was actually wondering what lead to this convo TBL i didn’t hear about the car accident i just put it on
October 6th, 2009 at 8:54 am
I know someone who mixed viagra and meth.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:54 am
Why would you combine dick-ups with dick-downs?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:56 am
nice spelling there for me cro= cross
anyone ever try, for the fun of it, to pop viagara and booze?
only when I have a lot of blow to use with them
/livin’ on the edge’d
October 6th, 2009 at 8:57 am
Hey TBL, you should do something like this during the summer when there aren’t any sports going on.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:57 am
Anyone mixed week with a bottle of robotussin?
October 6th, 2009 at 8:58 am
Yeah the most outstanding player doesn’t get run the eff over twice before halftime.
October 6th, 2009 at 8:58 am
oops
October 6th, 2009 at 8:59 am
Jimmy (ducks) Clausen (ducks quicker).
October 6th, 2009 at 9:01 am
honestly, nobody has been outstanding.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:03 am
I’d like to introduce you to AJ Green. Clausen has been outstanding as well, but he has yet to play a good defense, but if he lights up USC then he has to be in the top-2.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:05 am
Did that happen against Auburn? I did not see a play of that game as I was passed out on a deck couch from too much tequila. If you are referring to the Tebow-Berry hit, imma say go fuck yourself.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:06 am
Heisman, Schmeisman, let’s talk about Penny making breakfast with no pants on!
October 6th, 2009 at 9:07 am
I’d like to introduce you to AJ Green
please do. Is he the singer or the virgin?
October 6th, 2009 at 9:08 am
gods…yea against auburn.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:08 am
Also keep an eye on Blaine Gabbert from Missouri. He has no shot at a Heisman, but that dude can play and he will most likely be a first round pick after he is through as a Tiger.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:09 am
Yep.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:10 am
GOG - Speaking of green … come back around 1230.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:10 am
sanders, if you want to write up that type of music post for tomorrow, go nuts. yes, really.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:11 am
i once saw jesus wearing the thorn on a mr t tshirt after drinking more than 1 bottle of robitussin.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:12 am
a post about weed?
sweet.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:12 am
Yonglefty: Did you see the early lines for Free Shoe/GT? Tech is a 2-3 point dog and UGA is also a 2-point dog.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:13 am
Nah, I’m not that much of a music expert, my favorite song is by U2, which I’m sure would get me lambasted around these parts. What she did was pick a topic (desert island top 10 albums) and then each day of the week have one of her commenters write a post about theirs. Could be a cool feature, I think.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:14 am
That’s kinda weird. I expect both road teams to win, as Tennessee isn’t great, and FSU isn’t any good outside of Provo.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:15 am
HEY-OHH
October 6th, 2009 at 9:17 am
Well-played.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:18 am
I’m going to assume you’re joking on this. If that’s a penalty then every pass play has some kind of penalty and every offensive lineman should be flagged every play.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:19 am
Nah, I’m not that much of a music expert, my favorite song is by U2, which I’m sure would get me lambasted around these parts
not with me. I think U2’s great
/brings on more lambasting
October 6th, 2009 at 9:21 am
u2 is cool. bono’s a fucking obnoxious asshole as a person, but he’s a good singer.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:23 am
At least the dude in bsanders’ link chose the best U2 album.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:32 am
Did you have money on the Cowboys, TBL? You’ve now mentioned this non-foul twice…
October 6th, 2009 at 9:41 am
If Eric Berry played for Notre Dame, they would rename the Heisman the Berry award.
October 6th, 2009 at 9:48 am
The worst calls I have seen during a college football game that didn’t include the Huskers and the Sooners.
October 6th, 2009 at 10:00 am
Discotheque?
October 6th, 2009 at 10:13 am
Eric Norwood has been the most outstanding player in college football this year, I’m not sure this is even arguable.
October 6th, 2009 at 10:17 am
What reaction do you want? Her presence is going to be a distraction on the show. I wish they’d just focus on the core cast…Nate is barely even a character any more.
October 6th, 2009 at 10:18 am
Romo should have hit the WIDE OPEN Miles Austin as well as actually knowing the down and distance which some people have said he was unaware of which was why he threw to Hurd twice.
October 6th, 2009 at 10:23 am
jay v - good point about Nate. But I did think his storyline with Swisher’s girlfriend was weak.
people on that show who crack me up:
chuck bass
dan humphrey
little jenny humphrey
i know people will knock the show from what they’ve heard, but back me up here - how witty and crisp is the writing?
October 6th, 2009 at 11:46 am
To be fair, I’d agree that Norwood has been better than Berry this year. Berry has only had one really great game, and that was against Florida. Otherwise teams haven’t been throwing near him. He has been making tons of tackles, but he hasn’t been a gamechanger like he was last year. That is most likely just due to teams staying away from him though.
