Vince Young Has One Endorsement … the Tennessee Titans Owner
1-liner, NFL October 27th. 2009, 5:00pmVince Young: “Titans owner Bud Adams wants Vince Young starting at quarterback beginning with Sunday’s game against the Jaguars.” About damn time. (Because we love being right!) It might take the guy a game or three to regain his shattered confidence, but once it comes back, we don’t think he’ll be awful. Kerry Collins is an immobile fossil and since Tennessee is out of the playoff mix, it needs to begin thinking about the future. Collins is not the future. Might as well find out if Young is. And if he turns out to be awful again as most folks with whom I talk football think as well, you’ll be WRONG again just as you have been about Terrelle Pryor, Stephen Cohen, Eli Manning via the New York Giants via Bsanders, LeGarrett Blount, and the LA Lakers for starters.
‘Fess up when you are off the mark TBL — I will for example in admitting now that it’s too early to judge Sanchez after that last performance on the road in Oakland.
