Denied Entry to a Club, Pacman Jones Pulls a Mark Cuban and Offers Money (It Didn’t Work)

Talk about a guy not being able to catch a break, courtesy of the Miami Herald: “Tennessee Titans cornerback Pacman Jones, on NFL suspension, turned away at B.E.D. on Monday night for wearing short pants. (He tried fruitlessly to give club security money to let him in.)”
There’s no mention of a backpack, so he probably wasn’t even trying to make it rain. Didn’t security know who he was? Dress code or not, this is Pacman Jones we’re talking about. The man rolls with a posse that packs heat. This doorman is probably lucky to be alive.
What’s the over/under on what Pacman tried to bribe the bouncer with? $200? Anyone else surprised ESPN doesn’t have cameras following around Pacman? They could call it: “The Suspended Life” and we could catch him hotboxing and getting arrested and berating strippers. Don’t tell us it wouldn’t do bigger numbers than Shaq’s reality show.

“Dress code or not, this is Pacman Jones we’re talking about.”
Yeah! He made his bones when that doorman was dating cheerleaders!
(apologies to Moe Greene)

Now that you mention it, yes I’m shocked ESPN hasn’t made a reality show out of this yet, and please don’t give them any ideas.

So Pacman was wearing capri pants and they wouldn’t let him in? He should totally sue for sex discrimination.
