Leinart Sacked in Court: $15,000 a Month in Child Support
Courts, Legal, NFL July 31st. 2007, 4:25pm
Our first NFL preview is coming later today, but here’s something that should have Arizona Cardinals fan breathing easier: Matt Leinart and his baby momma have come to terms on child support – a mere $15,000 a month. Last week, she had asked for $30,000 a month. Settling for $180,000 a year in child support isn’t bad at all.
Six degrees of Paris Hilton – Leinart hooked up with Paris. Paris befriended Britney (which resulted in this sans underwear photo). And Britney’s giving her worthless baby Daddy $15,000 a month, too. Gun. Head. Bang.

PS – While just a rumor, we hear that Tom Brady will be in for something along these lines when his ex, Bridget Moynahan, gives birth in August. Just a rumor, though.
Oops on the pic. Blasted google image. And the jet lag, too.

Why the picture of Warner? Baby’s Daddy Drama wears #7 I think.

Nice picture of Kurt Warner…

This *should* be tax deductible for Leinart – so he’s got that going for him, which is nice.

He had a kid out of wedlock. He deserves whatever the court decides.

That is Kurt Warner.

If I were a hot chick, I would definately sleep with a soon-to-be superstar and take a placebo instead of birth control.
I mean, what do the rest of us have to do for that kind of money? Go to college for four years, then maybe some professional school for another 3-4 years. Then, if we’re lucky and have connections, we can find a job for $180k/year.
I’d rather just get nailed one night and set my self for life.

TBL owes Kurt Warner $30 for posting the wrong pic for the Leinart post.
*Cue the Price is Right failure music.

The baby’s mom’s lawyer did a solid job. This baby will be extremely spoiled and pampered. How does something like that even happen? Then again, it’s just pennies to the QB.

Kurt Warner? Wow.

Wow- if Tom Brady has to pay $15k a month, he may have to stop whiping his ass with $100 bills. That will really piss him off. I bet he gets even by making it rain to his bevy of recievers. Or maybe he will just sit back and say- dude, I banged Bridgette Moinahan and then dumped her pregnant ass for Giselle frekin’ Bunchen- I’ll pay someone $15k for a story BETTER than mine. Then he will laugh, and we will all cry a little inside.

So if you were receiving 180K a year for child support, would you really work? You could get a half-ass $8/hr part-time job at some slack gig, work 10 hours a week and be set.
You’re hot, presumably have athletic abilitiy and now are clearing 180K a year for putting out. Not a bad gig for her.

Put this in perspective, the guy is making at a minimum $6 million with just his Playing contract this season, forget endorsements…for a guy who makes 6 mil, $180,000 is chump change especially when its going to his kid. If he was married to this lady and the kid lived with him he’d be spending more.

Brynn, call me.

It may be a tad bit disrespectful of the baby mama to imply her motives were financial. I’m guessing the conception was entirely accidental. Good for her for doing the hard thing and actually having the child. And…maybe, just maybe…Leinart could have done the honorable thing and *not* have even let this get to the point where a court would have to decide this. No, guess that’s asking too much.

“It may be a tad bit disrespectful of the baby mama to imply her motives were financial.”
Yeah, she’s getting $180k/year. She shouldn’t care are being disrespected. She should have a sense of humor about it.
I mean, afterall, that’s a nice payday that many a prostitute in SoCal would take several beatings for.

i thought it was though black thug athletes that only have kids out of wedlock. even rich white boys do it too. i blame the rap music

While I think it’s ridiculous women like this chick get to collect a “child support” payment of $180,000 a year just because they don’t understand the concept of the pill (or a condom), it’s also ridiculous to imply the woman’s life is a piece of cake now that she’s getting this money. She still has to take care of a baby at 21 years old! Would you prefer – A) being 21, making $180,000 a year and hanging out with screaming baby every day or B) being broke in college partying with your friends and having little to no responsibilities?

Where did Kurt Warner go?
July 31st, 2007 at 5:58 pm
A $2 condom would have saved Matt those expensive, high end welfare payments. Next time zip it up and leave the pad.
July 31st, 2007 at 6:10 pm
all I can say is for 15k a month, I hope Matt got the Porn Star experience during his time with her. Because 15K for just GFE isnt going to cut it lol.
I wonder what Sean Kemp’s monthly child support bill is
?

I’d rather be 21, have a kid and receiving 180K a year.
July 31st, 2007 at 7:50 pm
It’s scary to think that my wife and I – combined – don’t make nearly that much money a year, and we’re going to have to raise a kid without the genes of a NFL player running through her.
Brynn, call me…send diapers!
July 31st, 2007 at 7:56 pm
and you are talking $180k per year for 18 years. so that’s $3.2 million over the course of it all. i think $3.2 million for raising a kid at 21 would be a deal I would make.

You know, I suggested to my husband that I find some up and coming athlete, get him drunk and have unprotected sex so that I can scam him out of OUTRAGEOUS amounts of child support so that we would have no monetary worries ever. Sadly, he said no.
August 1st, 2007 at 8:49 pm
The good news for her is that child support is NOT taxable as income. Give me 180 grrr taxfree per year, I’d be happy to raise the child!
