Bill Belichick’s Surly Bodyguard Tosses Cameraman; World Awaits Obama’s Response to 4th Down Decision
NFL, Video November 16th. 2009, 5:30pmIt. Won’t. Stop.
Urban Meyer has weighed in on Bill Belichick’s 4th down decision. Computer programs say Belichick made the right move. There’s this. And Peter King’s reaction. The only people left to weigh in: Malcolm Gladwell (he’ll blog about it later), Carrie Prejean, Sammy Sosa, Beano Cook, and Barack Obama. This saga will drag out for at least another 72 hours … unless Brandon Jennings goes for another double-nickle tonight against Dallas. (Better NBA story than Phoenix being 9-2: Brandon Jennings leading the Bucks to a 5-2 start.)
Or Greg Oden and Al Horford go to blows in the ATL.
The MNF post’ll be up later.

Sweet, now you know how we feel about Notre Dame posts.
/i’ll allow everyone else to modify that as they see fit

that’s me making the jacking off motion

Two things are confirmed about this.
#1: Belichick – big brass balls
#2: Manning – cold blooded assassin that even dudes with big brass balls fear.
I love this story, and how that game went down. I tuned into NFL Live today, so I could scream at Trent Dilfer some more. Idiot.

So now that Iverson is free, how long before he joins the Cavs?

I don’t care much for this lady’s politics, but this is pic is on the cover of Newsweek. I don’t know how anyone could say they wouldn’t hit that s*** big time.

I can imagine Belichick feeling a Pedro at Karim Garcia type of rage towards Dilfer.

is there a casino near cleveland?

I think that’s a bad idea, but probably as soon as he clears waivers. Somebody somewhere decided that was a good idea.

After seeing her in a pair of jeans, I can.
November 16th, 2009 at 5:55 pm
plus, she’s squeezed five young’ens out of her lady parts. So I’d take a pass. (I’d actually just stay above the waist, but don’t tell anybody).
November 16th, 2009 at 5:57 pm
Darrell / Dirt – I can’t believe you would take a pass on the future POTUS.

Your secret is safe with me. I’m just trying to figure out why she is wearing pantyhose with a short outfit.

was the double bird provoked?
if i own a team, i should be able to do w/e the fuck i want, w/o the league riding my ass. i am glad that jerry didn’t move the screen up telling the nfl
November 16th, 2009 at 6:02 pm
Not even Purdue Matt thinks Palin has a shot in hell at being POTUS. At best, she could be the nominee of a religious right off shoot party, but if that happens, Obama would win in a landslide.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:03 pm
Absolutely no chance of this.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:05 pm
Brady Quinn needs to throw for 500 yards to make it stop.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:05 pm
I don’t see her as a legit contender in ‘12 but it sure is fun to watch her scare the shit out of liberals.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:08 pm
It won’t stop because most of the “analysts” employed by major networks are morons. Except for Dan Marino, because he cusses on air and I like that. But Trent Dilfer can put his Super Bowl ring up his penis, pompous dilweed.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:14 pm
In short from my previous posts, remember Matt Cassell’s successful quick kick last season? That play towards a sideline out of the shotgun formation by Tom Brady would have been the best play considering risk versus reward though of course the Colts offense likely would have scored anyway.
Belichek took a bigger gamble than that and lost only via the bobble and not having the route run a half-yard farther, so those are the breaks and now we have to hear that smug Trent Dilfer about it too.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:15 pm
I think Superbowl rings should be retroactively stripped from players that had little or nothing to do with actually winning said rings. Dilfer’s only claim to fame is being the person to say “I’m going to Disneyland” instead of the MVP due to the fact that the MVP killed 2 people.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:21 pm
brady’s kids will beat manning’s kid in 25 years.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:21 pm
I think Dilfer did a great job today. He had an opinion, stuck by it, backed it up, even backed it up further with his “NFL people” that he talked to today. You may disagree with what he said, but I liked his approach.

Ray. Lewis. Never. Killed. Anyone.
Why do people always say that shit?
November 16th, 2009 at 6:22 pm
Agreed. He never waffled whatsoever. And truthfully, I agree with him for the most part.
November 16th, 2009 at 6:25 pm
think Ray-Ray was just in the car or limo with the guy who killed someone.
/that may be wrong, should have looked it up, about to take a cat nap

Yep. No matter what anyone says, that is a big difference.

I was living in Atlanta at the time.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Lewis_(American_football)
Ray Lewis was not convicted of homicide. That does not mean he did not do it of course — that just means not enough evidence could be submitted in a criminal court of law for a jury of peers to conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that he did. Read that entire sentence again slowly.
Attorneys and legal students chime in further if you want, but of course like OJ he can’t be tried again for the same crime criminally lest new evidence arise.

So Kenny Rogers is pissed, right?
November 17th, 2009 at 12:47 am
If it’s on Wikipedia, it is truth.
November 17th, 2009 at 8:57 am
No, it is a fact that he was not convicted of homicide irrespective of Wikipedia what’s your point McDawkins? Clarify please?
