Former Wrestler Trying to Derail Linda McMahon’s Senate Campaign
Politics, WWE November 18th. 2009, 5:00pm
Former professional wrestler Superstar Billy Graham is speaking out against Linda McMahon’s Connecticut senatorial campaign. He says McMahon was intimately involved in her husband’s business, which condoned steroid use and exploitation of wrestlers. He also believes efforts to clean up the sport, no more blood and elimination of bra and panty matches, were a direct result of her senate run. He plans to travel the state speaking against her next summer. (Hartford Courant)

Billy Graham has at least one hip made of Plinko chips.

Context: Superstar is the Lyle Alzado of wrestling. He was the first unbelievable roided out freak in the seventies to gain a significant amount of fame and his body broke down, which he then blamed on everybody else forcing him to roid up when in fact it was the unfair advantages other wrestlers saw in him that caused others walk his path in hopes of getting his push. I agree with him that wrestling has cleaned itself up because of her run though.

Fuck Billy Graham. The only ex-wrestler I feel bad for is Dave Schultz. Vince McMahon told him to slap John Stossel around during the 20/20 piece and then used him as a scapegoat and fired him.

by that standard, the majority of these wrestling pretty boys would be on his float. fake tans, product in the hair, lots o’time in the gym with like-minded doods, plenty of drama.
every party should have one.
hey wrestling lovers, was there any irony that this hguy’s handle is Billy graham?

Only in that Graham is also religious hypocrite.
November 18th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
That was classic! Completely forgot about that.

Call me when Bruno Sarmantino makes an appearance.
November 18th, 2009 at 5:12 pm
Care to elaborate?

He drove me fucking nuts when he was a color commentator. He always pronounced it body shlam.

I’m ashamed I didn’t know about this. Just saw the video. Hilarious.

The Iron Sheik will “humble” you because of your homophobia.

In his late teens Graham became very religious and became an ordained minister. Graham got married soon after, but it was practically arranged as it was the thing to do for ministers at the time. He then became a heavy drug user, near suicidal, cheated on his (new) wife all the time, etc. while still occasionally preaching in his roided out bleach blond form. he actually sued McMahon in the late 80s for these steroid accusations but says he’s sorry and was wrong to as of a few years ago.

Ha, nice. But homophobic is one thing I’m not.
TSH, is that Bald Bull having a brew in your gravatar?
November 18th, 2009 at 5:20 pm
I was talking about Billy Graham the minister, TST.

18ThatsSoTaguchi
Which Billy Graham are you talking about?
November 18th, 2009 at 5:21 pm
Awesome:
Although he has consistently maintained that World Wrestling Federation officials told him to hit Stossel, Schultz was fired. Many industry insiders believe that it was not because of his actions against Stossel, rather, Schultz was fired for challenging Mr. T to a fight backstage at a WWF show at Madison Square Garden, even though the assault may have helped to end his wrestling career.

Bald Bull having a brew
thank you, you just convinced me to have a beer, a CruDor, if you must know
November 18th, 2009 at 5:24 pm
You don’t think McMahon ordered Schultz to hit Stossel, Hernia?

I believe TSH’s avatar is actually Sodapopinski

Fuckin’ right, jmorris rarely makes an appearance but always comes with knowledge. Looked the image up, and you are right.
November 18th, 2009 at 5:29 pm
I definitely do. I just like that Schultz was insane.

ha ha, I’ve spent plenty of time playing that game, I should know the characters. I love how all the characters in that game presented different racial stereotypes.
November 18th, 2009 at 5:34 pm
@MATTRYAN: Actually, he kind of does have the same head as Bald Bull. But Soda is also known as Vodka Drunkenski.
November 18th, 2009 at 5:35 pm
I think most wrestlers are insane. I just see Schultz as a mid card guy who did what the boss told him to do. The boss then needed a fall guy and Schultz was expendable. Schultz was, basically, never heard from again.

Video games and movies were so much better before all this politically correct shit. If you sue a company or person for a BS case because of your feelings being hurt, and lose, it should be a mandatory 10 year sentence.
November 18th, 2009 at 5:52 pm
word. ventura should pay graham 10% of all his earnings. i think this is funny. i hope linda loses and doesnt try another run so wrestling can actually show blood and have some occasional mature moments.
