NY Post, Still Calling the Patriots Cheaters
Uncategorized November 25th. 2007, 10:20am
500 Words was checking out the venerable New York Post this weekend and found out that the tabloid still harbors some resentment toward Bill Belichick and the unbeaten New England Patriots. Either that, or there is a hardcore Jets fan on the copy desk.
Guess they’re not Patriots fans (500 Words)

that would be really annoying if it was a legitimate newspaper, but it’s only the post, so you have to just laugh. as tabloids go, they can be pretty entertaining.

Also, the standings have an asterisk next to the Patriots record.
What about the Chargers getting an asterisk for winning games with a juiced up player who has clearly lost a lot of body mass since then.
Right now the predicted Jets line is -32. Crazy.

Fucking God Damnit! Some 10 year old kid, Kenny Mayne, Berman… Ugh. Maybe just cut Sunday Countdown back to 60 minutes if we have to suffer through such bullshit.

I’m with you, Dirty – just turned on Countdown and couldn’t stomach two minutes. I can’t stand this crap where they just say, PATRIOTS: BEST TEAM YOU’VE EVER SEEN? and then do the roundtable crap.
Who cares? I’d much rather have news about this Giants-Vikings game, which i’m not worried about. No Brandon Jacobs and fortunate, no AP. But the Giants are not a good pick today, IMO. I assume they’ll maim Bollinger or Jackson, but will they be able to stop ChesteR?

Giants down 7-0 39 seconds in. Jackson with a 50 yard TD pass.
