Sweet! Michelle Wie has given up on playing golf with the men and plans on focusing on just playing in the LPGA. She (her parents?) couldn’t have made a finer choice. Maybe now, she’ll actually win something! Time Magazine said she was going to “shape our world” … but don’t you have to be a champion before you move mountains?

Maybe she’ll stop giving bullshit excuses for dropping out of tournaments halfway through.

smartest thing she has done in years. start winning LPGA titles, and then go play in a few men’s events. She’ll get much more street cred that way…

i don’t care what anyone says, she has the most perfect golf swing in the world (better than tiger, vijay, phil).
maybe if her parent’s weren’t such asshats, she wouldnt be in this position.

it’s probably an easy decision with that $25 million Nike gave her. She’d probably be the female Tiger Woods had she learned how to win before sponsors granting her exceptions to miss cuts with the men.

first off…how can she be a collegiate golfer at stanford after…you know, getting paid to golf?
second, tiger didn’t start winning professionally until he was 21, give the hooker time.

First off, she doesn’t golf collegiately Stanford. She only is getting an education there.
