Do You Know Who I Am and How Much Money I Make?
NBA January 14th. 2008, 12:10pm
This may or may not be true (we tend to think it is), but Paul Pierce apparently visited a NYC nightclub, only wanted to pay for his booze in cash, scoffed at having to drop a credit card or sign some type of waiver, and then went with, “Do you know who I am, and how much money I make?” This needs no further explanation.

I let the ice hanging around my neck do the talking when I’m up in the club.

What “cash” business turns down cash?

SHIT. The ombudswoman’s column is out, and it’s only about Roger Clemens. I was hoping she would at least briefly address ESPN’s atrocious “USC is the best team” coverage of the BCS, and the network’s fascination with Jessica Simpson. And I guess burying the Reggie Bush story got in too late for her to address either.

Missed element of this story: the $2,000 grand was all in ones.

Jesus Christ, what kind of place makes you sign a contract in order to score a table?
If you’re Paul Pierce and can’t willingly pay $2,000 to hang out at some overhyped club, then something is wrong.

Sorry to nitpick TBL but in your headline you wrote, “This may or may not be true”. Well no shit! What’s the third alternative? I hate when people say or write this because it makes no sense.

That may or may not be true, Groin.
January 14th, 2008 at 2:20 pm
It might be partially true and partially not true.

Verne Troyer is saddened that Paul Pierce still doesn’t get it.
