Just watched the second half of Andy Roddick’s third round, four-hour Australian Open match. He had 42 aces … and lost to some guy seeded 29th who looked like an earth science teacher. It went the full five sets and was rather exciting. Roddick’s lucky he scored that 2003 US Open title, otherwise, he could have wound up being like Charles Barkley, John Stockton or Patrick Ewing – yup, Roger Federer is the Jordan of tennis, and the French Open is the equivalent of Jordan’s baseball hiatus.

those are some great sweater puppies. I immediately went to google for more images when I saw this and was not impressed. i think its just photographer with great timing. Also, I think she’s russian or Czech so I’m not sure age matters. 17 is like grandmothers’ age over there.

TBL, you need to give up two commenter posts for posting that photo. Shame on you. Granted Tamira’s rack is quality but in no way is she a #1 stunna and to give her prime real estate on the site is loose…there are countless photos you could have spoiled us with over that.

No, Andy Roddick is a talented player who had the misfortune to hit his prime when one of the best players in the history of tennis was hitting his stride. Roger Federer isn’t Michael Jordan, a better analogy would be to say that Federer is the Black Death – everything in his path dies, except for a few who are spared, and we really can never figure out why they survived.

Beat me to it, although I’d just extend the hype to the entire media (a.k.a. “Mojo”). He is the Brady Quinn of tennis, and a product of the “we’d rather sell the best American instead of the best player” school of marketing. Only even the “best American” tag is debatable (and irrelevant in tennis)

Mr. Dubshack. I too, have hire standards overall — but a large bosom and large derriere trumps all others, and there must be exemptions, and I pleased that TBL subscribes to that theory. I think TBL should host a convention in Miami, and we should all go out drinkin – that would be fun!

i’m sure nobody cares, but the guy roddick lost to despite seeded 29th is no bum. Kohlschrieber won a lead up tournament and last year had numerous win over top 20 players and beat #4 davtdenko in davis cup. he is destined to be in the top 20 maybe 15 by the end of this year.
also its nice to see Paszek being a big boobied woman being successful in tennis. not only do i in fact like boobies, but i am tired of mostly stick girls in tennis. i.e. sharapova

Wow.. She’s no looker, but how that Paszek chick can stand upright, much less play tennis, is a shock to me. The ump probably has to write himself a note to make sure he doesn’t yell out “titty fuck” instead of deuce or 40-30.
