Chris Bosh is Totally the Gilbert Arenas of 2008
NBA, Video February 12th. 2008, 11:35amWashington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas captured the blogging zeitgeist of 2007, and he apparently has passed the torch to Toronto Raptors forward Chris Bosh for 2008. Pay attention kids, this may make an SAT question in a few months. One possible result is that we will be forced to purchase a Bosh jersey, immediately.

Basketball is now very similair to Wrestling. The best part of Wrestling is the smack talking and stuff that happens between matches. the best part of basketball is trade rumors, Gil’s blog, Chuck on TNT, Shaq doing an interview, and now Chris Bosh with his alter ego.

haha good point Irish. But I have lost almost total interest in basketball. Yet this lil nuggett by Bosh and Gil’s blog keep me entertained. it could be partially the fault of the Sixers. this team, albeit 1/2 game out of the playoffs, is not interesting to me. it could be my short attention span as well.

I love hearing Pat O’brien’s voice. I can picture him blowin lines with Vern Lundquist right before going on the air.

Toodles…lol. That was more entertaining than anything the NBA has broadcast all season. I used to love basketball…now I’m indifferent. Bad product? Boring players? I dont know…but I haven’t watched more than 4 minutes of any game this season where I used to watch every game I could.
