“you keep calling people dude, and you’ll end up livin’ in a van, down by the river!”
February 14th, 2008 at 10:55 am
I find it hard to believe that some police officers have a superiority complex
February 14th, 2008 at 10:55 am
LOL south park in real life.
February 14th, 2008 at 10:56 am
Awesome, I hate pigs, fat, lazy, and useless.
February 14th, 2008 at 10:58 am
My favorite part is the very end, where he finally asks if the camera was on. Wait aren’t police officers supposed to be, you know, observant. The worst part is I think we have all run into officer’s like this who need to let everyone know they have authorité
February 14th, 2008 at 10:59 am
My friends and I have a theory that 90% of all cops were total losers in high school, and become cops so they can take it out on the people that were cooler than them.
February 14th, 2008 at 10:59 am
Where is this?
February 14th, 2008 at 11:00 am
ATL, so you’ve met my asshole older brother I see.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:00 am
What city is this in? That cop could have handled that completely different and had much better results.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:02 am
b’more baby, where’s Lt. Daniels askin’ them hoppers about the corners?
February 14th, 2008 at 11:02 am
You would be pissed to if you signed up to be a cop and you wind up in the inner harbor on sk8′er patrol. Then the salt in the wound is having to drive around in a smart car in that piss yellow uniform.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:03 am
Baltimore, hence the David Simon reference
I really like the Inner Harbor
February 14th, 2008 at 11:03 am
Inner harbor - Baltimore
February 14th, 2008 at 11:03 am
glorified metermaid.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:04 am
Thats the beautiful Baltimore waterfront. (See TBL’s title)
February 14th, 2008 at 11:04 am
See I saw the inner harbor reference, but didn’t recognize any of the landmarks in the background. Granted, I try to avoid b-more at all costs and just take the 895 tunnel.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:05 am
shoulda known better
February 14th, 2008 at 11:06 am
why cant cops just shoot skateboarders?
February 14th, 2008 at 11:06 am
Never been to Baltimore, and never watched The Wire…sorry.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:06 am
Sorry, im with the cop 100%. F’n skateboarders are punks.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:06 am
I think 90% of cops were dumb jocks who didn’t go to college
February 14th, 2008 at 11:07 am
You can see the Aquarium in the background…pretty cool place to go too. Assuming you dont mind being stabbed, robbed and tossed in the harbor.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:07 am
@kornheiser favre
Yea but skateboarders are not nearly as bad as those kids on heelies. I have a clothesline ready for all those punks
February 14th, 2008 at 11:08 am
YOU DO NOT GET TO WIN!
February 14th, 2008 at 11:09 am
@yysa, I have always wanted to start carrying around little marbles or tiny rocks so next time I see one of those kids scooting around, I can throw it in front of them.

@ron mexico: +1
February 14th, 2008 at 11:10 am
I can’t see the vid. Does the cop call him a shitbird?
February 14th, 2008 at 11:11 am
Oh, CRM–last night on the local FSN affiliate after the Hawks game, they had a “making the squad” show for Hawks dancers. Briana had to try-out all over again as punishment for wearing a portion of her Hawks uniform in a rap video. They almost cut her because she bombed during tryouts. I need to know what rap video this was, and I need to kick the Hawks’ asses for almost cutting her. You in?
February 14th, 2008 at 11:11 am
just push kids with heelies out into traffic. the rest will take care of itself.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:13 am
@ASF - Dear lord yes I’m in. I’ll champion her cause to my death bed
February 14th, 2008 at 11:24 am

Good call ATL. This was spoken in Harold and Kumar go to White Castle.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:27 am
“Sidewalks are for regular walkin’, not that fancy walkin’”
Fuckin’ pig. Pushing around a bunch of little kids at Inner Harbor. They should move him to inner city Baltimore and see how long he lasts.
Who police the police again?
February 14th, 2008 at 11:41 am
@mister
Serpico.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:42 am
Damn I hope that cop doesn’t have any kids.
February 14th, 2008 at 11:51 am
the law…
February 14th, 2008 at 11:52 am
Fuck you, Prezbo!
February 14th, 2008 at 12:18 pm
here’s a story about that. cop is suspended.
gotta wonder how a 17-year veteran cop in a large city is still running around in metermaid carts chasing skateboarders?

i wish i wasnt so busy at work so could’ve commented on my find. i can see my office in the video too.
skateboarding is not a crime.
February 14th, 2008 at 12:50 pm
Good news: the guy was suspended.
February 14th, 2008 at 12:51 pm
I am a 37 year old “dude” I still use the word, I still skateboard. When I was a kid, we used to get chased off public property all the time. That said, when you saw a Freaking a hole cop coming all up in your shit, you shut the fuck up. That cop was a complete douche, but that kid is just plain stupid. His freaking mom probably doesn’t even know he is out of the suburbs and is going to be pissed.
Look Cop was out of line with the grabbing, but that kid deserved it.
Now is where I get on my high horse. It is stupid ass kids like that that help give skateboarding the overall bad name.
February 14th, 2008 at 12:54 pm
“I started watching the video and couldn’t continue. I flipped out,” said Peggy Miller, Eric’s mother.
I will say this, My dad would have finished the fucking job, if I hadn’t just said “ok mr. officer you are right…we will leave now”
February 14th, 2008 at 1:25 pm
That cop gave him the business
February 14th, 2008 at 1:54 pm
Bravo to CRM for the Carver and Prez references.
As for the incident itself, I agree with bobb. The cop was a grade-A asshole, but seriously, you do not talk back to cops like that, you little brat. Not to sound like an old man, since I’m 27, but show some fucking respect to authority figues, “dude.”
February 14th, 2008 at 2:05 pm
Backatcha, JWM: The law…
(couldn’t decide on a McNutty reference or Pee Wee)
February 14th, 2008 at 4:26 pm
