man sean penn is a pimp. i have always loved him as an actor. Mystic river was a great flick. Brooke hogan is getting some big ol boobies huh. But i still think Christina has a bigger chest right now that Salma hayek. man those puppies were huge on the dyke show last week.

It all depends on where the implants are placed. They still can breast feed though.

In fairness to TK, he seldom claims to be an authority on anything. His whole shtick, particularly on his radio show, is being a cranky old man who self-consciously makes bombastic statements. He has an entirely different tone of voice when he discusses something seriously. To take one of his rants, put in print and analyze it seriously is just plain stupid.
When he did write, he wrote very well and not merely about sports.

TK is just another ‘old timer’ who doesn’t get it.
The way I see it, and have always seen it is, Blogs like this one are like sitting around with your friends and talking about shit. Alot of times it’s ridiculous, alot of times it’s ‘my team is better than yours’ bullshit, it isn’t really taken seriously. Are there some blogs that do report crap that isn’t true? I’m sure there are, just like there are sportswriters that do it. When TBL says ‘LeBron is the best player in the NBA’, it’s his opinion. Guys like TK and Chris McCoskey of the Detroit News act like because someone types it up on that there IN-Tar-Net thingy, the owner of the blog expects people to take it as gospel. It’s his opinion. And then a hundred people tell him he’s nuts. Big deal.

I actually listened to the Kornheiser show (also available as a podcast) and knew that the blog thing would get twisted. He wasn’t generalizing on bloggers, but was very specific with regard to his intended target. The problem with the one blogger he unloaded on is that he likes to quote “sources close to Kornheiser”, which TK astutely pointed out that sources couldn’t know what TK is planning because TK himself says that anyone who knows him knows that even he, himself, has no clue what he’s doing.
And yeah, it’s his schtick to be the crotchety old guy who can’t figure out how to load a dvd into the player, but he definitely wasn’t trashing the ol’ blogosphere. Just trashing one, locally-based Washington DC hack.
