NBA Playoffs Taking You into the Night
NBA May 11th. 2008, 4:48pm
At halftime in Salt Lake, the Jazz and Lakers are tied at 55. It looked like the Jazz would go in with a two point lead, but Kobe hit a silly fade away jumper inside 2 seconds. Deron Williams leads all scorers with 19 points, including 3/4 from three land. Kobe leads the Lakers with 17. The teams have been tied 8 times in the first 24 minutes, so we should be in for a good finish.
Later tonight, the Hornets and Spurs play on TNT. I’m out for now.
Enjoy your Mother’s Day festivities, everyone.

Kobe’s horrendous, awful, shitty game > LeBron’s horrendous, awful shitty game.
Lakers showed once again they cannot get stops when they need to… and how good is Utah? Too bad they’re not in the Eastern Conference! These teams both look better than anything going in the East.

+1 mmonast.
Cool Rick, I think Detroit is good, although I think they would lose to the Spurs/Hornets/Lakers/Suns in a best of 7.. maybe the Jazz.

Lakers “world class” bench has gotten embarrassed on the road. Series is going 7 right?

The Suns are still in the Playoffs?

The implication was that the Suns would be if they were in the East. Probably the Nuggets as well.
