We’ll miss you, Mr. Rubenstein, and congrats to Ryne Nelson, better known as Odenized. Always nice to see bloggers making it big. (Slam)
It does seem unlikely that Adrian Peterson would fall to the fourth pick in a fantasy draft. (There is No Offseason)
More Kevin McHale bashing. (Empty the Bench)
Shane Spencer sorta disappeared there, no? (Goes Down Looking)
Chances the Pats go unbeaten? (Vegas Watch)
Defending Notre Dame’s decent recruiting haul. (Her Loyal Sons)

Yes, he did. (Washington Post)

Fredo is weak and stupid.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:17 am
Big news! Intern Bill has taken a gander at our entire blogroll and it’ll be re-jiggered today. Intern Bill, a handy guy to have around.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:21 am
The Jay Paterno thing is hilarious. Getting into pissing matches with fans on a blog at 10am on Friday, a time when he should probably be working.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:22 am
What’s a blog roll and how do you jigger it?
July 1st, 2008 at 8:27 am
Shanoff has been banished from the blogroll. Seems unfair.
It’s not as though he actually shat upon Jason and his site. Oh, wait…
July 1st, 2008 at 8:28 am
Mini Me just can’t stay out of the news. If it’s not the IRS, it’s sex tapes.
Or he’s attacking Erik Estrada.
Or he’s just really drunk and angry.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:30 am
but TBL is still on Shanoffs blog roll. I love irony…
July 1st, 2008 at 8:31 am
Wee Man > Mini Me
July 1st, 2008 at 8:35 am
eight comments and no mention of holly madison?
July 1st, 2008 at 8:35 am
Ahmad Carrol, what a fucking joke. Dude thought he was the shit the entire time he was at Arkansas, then the Packers are stupid enough to take him in the first round, what a move. Dude got burned every week in the SEC, what makes someone think it’s going to be different in the N (or A)FL for that matter?
July 1st, 2008 at 8:36 am
I’ll comment on Holly Madison. I click on the link and this is what happens: ‘Reason for restriction: Forbidden Category “Nudism”.’
July 1st, 2008 at 8:37 am
I’m with you TBL, she’s never really done it for me, but excellent side boob in those pictures.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:37 am
Lucky Charms Leprechaun > Mini Me
July 1st, 2008 at 8:38 am
She has a tremendous rack.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:39 am
Nudism would be an awful reason for getting canned. there’s no actual nudity … simply her in a tiny black dress
July 1st, 2008 at 8:40 am
Nereida Gallardo cottage cheese has me all worked up. That’s hot stuff man!
July 1st, 2008 at 8:43 am
if it is linked on drudge, it must be true, Madonna and A-Rod?
July 1st, 2008 at 8:43 am
It would be funny to hear someone walk up to the IT guys and say, “It’s not nudism, just sideboob.”
July 1st, 2008 at 8:44 am
Who is Nereida Gallardo? Is that Yovani’s wife? Probably not.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:45 am
miz – I’d check with HR. Sideboob might be cool at your office.
/It’s always best to ask if you’re not sure.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:45 am
ahmad carroll was the worst dback i have ever seen. he held on every single play and he didn’t even try to hide it. good riddens to him. don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:48 am
CRM – HR is all female here so I don’t think they’re cool with sideboob. IT is who I need to get in with. But, I’m still a newbie here so I’ll wait for the perfect opportunity to ask for sideboob access.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:50 am
@benji. Guessing you’re a Packer fan. My dad was all pumped that the Packers drafted a guy from Arkansas until I told him who it was. He was then infuriated. The best nickname I heard for him was Highway 28, you got any other good ones? During fall practice here one year they made him wear oven mits during drills to try and get him not to hold.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:51 am
Ah… the ever elusive “Sideboob Clearance.” Generally reserved for only the highest earning executives.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:52 am
@Nick P. – Funny, I can image search Nareida Gallardo (NSFW), but can’t see sideboob.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:52 am
When I click the Holly Madison link:
This website “www.hollywoodtuna.com” is categorized as “Provocative Attire;Blogs/Wiki” and has been restricted because its content is inconsistent with policies outlined
July 1st, 2008 at 8:53 am
hater
-noun
A person that simply cannot be happy for another person’s success. So rather than be happy they make a point of exposing a flaw in that person.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:54 am
@PurdueMatt – I guess you’ve got sideboob clearance restrictions as well.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:55 am
I remember there was buzz about the Steelers drafting Carroll in the first round because they needed CB help in the worst way. Guess the Big Ben pick worked out a little better after all.
I like one of the other links on the Gallardo story – Pamela Anderson calls Jessica Simpson a bitch and a whore. Strange that Pam will eat Kid Rock’s cock but gets all worked up if Jess likes a good steak once in a while.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:55 am
Angles can be rough, this one is much better:

+1 clown
July 1st, 2008 at 8:56 am
we sometimes called him ahmad carrhold. there was really no reason for a clever nickname cuz it was common knowledge that he was terrible.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:56 am
Re: Holly Madison
July 1st, 2008 at 8:57 am
did you just call Tomy Romo’s cock a good steak?
July 1st, 2008 at 8:57 am
Who’s ass do I have to kiss around here to get on the blogroll? Geez…at least let me take Shanoff’s spot.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:58 am
I’ve said it before but it bears repeating, absolutely no one reviews blocked site hits, no one. If you’ve never met an IT person, we are very very busy and don’t give a rats ass what sites youre trying to hit. It’s a big filter to keep people out of the worst stuff, if it blocks some borderline sites, thats just fine you should be working anyway.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:58 am
did ted thompson draft ahmad carroll or was that when mike sherman was still making personnel decisions?
regardless, he couldnt stop the MIGHTY cleveland gladiators from moving on in the playoffs.
July 1st, 2008 at 8:58 am
@Dirty. Yeah, I would say that one worked out for you. What makes me wonder about draft picks like him is, how do scouts not see stuff like a holding penalty or pass interference every single game. I will give Carrol this, he was fast as hell, but that doesn’t by any way make you a decent football player, much less a shut down DB. If anything that may make you a special teams guy, but Carrol was too big of a pussy to make a hit anyways, so he was out on that as well.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:00 am
The Man saw fit to block Hollywood Tuna here ~ 3 months ago. So, no sideboob goodness to be had. The IT Overlords haven’t gotten to mychillpill.net….yet.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:01 am
So, wait a minute. When i click on a site that is blocked such as from this post from The Sprots Hernia above:
and then it says: ‘Reason for restriction: Forbidden Category “Intimate Apparel/Swimsuit”,’ that shit’s being tracked? Uh oh.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:01 am
@Atlantasportsfan – Costs 100 bucks a year. (July 1 – June 30) E-mail me for the paypal account.
/Shanoff thought he would get some credibility if he didn’t pay his dues.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:01 am
@spencer. Pretty sure that is the first time that any AFL team has been referred to as “mighty”.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:02 am
I work from home. I would sit around and enjoy the fact that I have no websense blocking me from enjoying Holly Madison’s sideboob, but I think I’ll go play golf instead.
That’s what working at home is all about.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:04 am
it’ll be the last. i watched about 3 minutes of the game last night and it was atrocious. AFL is about as good a substitute for real football as non-alcoholic beer is for real beer.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:05 am
I wouldn’t worry too much about clicking on forbidden sites. Only the most draconian corporations are going to do anything with such logs. If you’re effing up and/or pissed off the wrong person it could haunt you. Otherwise, if you just take note of the site(s) and don’t return you’re generally okay.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:06 am
i’m pretty sure Mike Sherman drafted him. I think TT has only making decisions since 2005.
/too lazy to look up.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:08 am
Comment of the day. +2.5 jew stars
July 1st, 2008 at 9:08 am
i moved seats in the office so I have people watching more, miss the side the boob.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:08 am
Buzz just quit pleasuring himself to old episodes of “7th Heaven”.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:10 am
No Shanoff -Check
No Ufford – Check
Has Major League Jerk – check
Looks like a complete and thorough blogroll to me.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:12 am
Looking forward to the Bear Stearns read. I used to work for one of their competitors (think bull mascot), so I always find a look at another firm’s dirty laundry interesting. The WSJ also did a 3 part series on Bear about a month ago that was pretty damned good.
And oh yeah: Just saying “side boob” makes me smile.
So do 3 1/2 day work weeks.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:12 am
Just noticed KSK is gone as well. Good riddance to that tired act.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:14 am
mizerl, everything you do is being tracked. Depending on the size/anal retentiveness of the company, they can track every url visited, scan every email sent for certain words/phrases, note what files are copied to usb devices, sometimes even record what applications you have open and for how long (seriously). The key is there’s so much data no one ever looks at it and no one really cares. At best a high lever (not individual) report is run, a TPS cover slapped on it, and no one looks at it.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:15 am
I don’t even see a blogroll.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:15 am
@coop, so your saying the federal gov’t has too many employees to look at to care? YES!!!!!! (now disregarding nsfw tags)
July 1st, 2008 at 9:16 am
nickp you gotta hit the home page for the blogroll. thanks for the stars.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:18 am
ATL – You’re the TBL HR rep, right? Any thoughts on the discussion above (re: internet tracking)?
July 1st, 2008 at 9:19 am
CRM – would you accept payment in the form of Briana pictures? Please note that her most unusual job was “washing cars.”
July 1st, 2008 at 9:22 am
@412 – yeah, I guess I am. It’s pretty dead on. The only time I’ve ever gotten IT to assist me in monitoring someone’s computer usage was when I already had suspicion that they were doing some things they weren’t supposed to be doing anyway. In every company I’ve ever worked in (which has been all kinds, from 10,000+ employees to 200 employees), IT was responsible for monitoring peoples’ computer usage, but they wouldn’t ever “tell on them” to HR. They would just assist if we needed it.
But I always hate doing that, considering some of the crazy shit I look at all day. Made me feel like a hypocrite.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:30 am
My company once sent out and e-mail stating that some websites were being viewed that were not appropriate. The sites were bigtitsroundasses, MILFHunter, and WhitechicksandBlackdicks…we are still trying to figure out who was checking out White Chicks with Black dicks…
July 1st, 2008 at 9:31 am
Atl is right on, IT doesn’t care, the only time any individuals computer use is reviewed is when they are being looked at for other reasons.
nwilson, I knew a guy who worked IT for the feds and he described it as “yesterdays technology delivered tomorrow”
July 1st, 2008 at 9:34 am
Roman, Osi U. is hosting M&M on ESPN Radio.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:34 am
Quote of the day – hands down.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:34 am
Thats hilarious, because were still using a basic DOS system for our applications. It’s all black, with green font. I mean really. Somebody make a rock round and figure out it rolls.
July 1st, 2008 at 9:40 am
I take this information…and poop on it.
July 1st, 2008 at 10:10 am
late, but TBL, do you consider Barron Davis a franchise changer now that he opted out? How about Elton Brand? I think they both have that kind of potential, but being that guy and having that potential are different.
July 1st, 2008 at 10:28 am
I’m not a hater! You guys were drooling all over that chick the other day and didn’t believe me when I told you about the cottage cheese. I was just trying to prove a point. Game = blouses.
July 1st, 2008 at 10:29 am
That Vanity Fair article is a good read. Jimmy Cayne’s vacation home is in Elberon, I worked on a case involving the construction of the home and an allegation of substandard lumber. The man had a media room built called “Jimmy’s Bunker” it was constructed entirely of mahogany with hidden cabinets and storage. The guy was worth billions and they were suing over about $50,000 in additional costs. The wealthy just like to screw with people.
July 1st, 2008 at 10:56 am
That blog should be called, “The Real Biel”
