.. Billy Wagner, who was asked after the Mets’ 3-1 victory if he was any more excited than normal to face Rollins as the tying run in the ninth inning.

“Not really,” Wagner replied. “I mean, it’s Jimmy Rollins, not Barry Bonds.”

Assuming Rollins – worth noting he was the NL MVP last season – isn’t benched when the Mets travel to Philly for a two-game set Aug. 26 and 27th, it should be fun. And perhaps we should add this: Rollins is 0-for-9 against Wagner in his career.
