First, she was NBC’s team leader/extra coach/den mother of the U.S. team. Then she collapsed in a terrifying spectacle of live television. Now, the sultry 20-year-old gymnast Alicia Sacramone has American men (not just TBL) googling.
“Alicia Sacramone is Hot†reached #1 on Google Trends Wednesday morning, with the search popularity peaking at about 10:30 AM). By Wednesday afternoon, America calmed down and Sacramone was downgraded to “on fire†from “volcanic,†possibly due to the “big foot effect.”
Her website, as of the writing of this post, did not survive the onslaught.
This video of her clocking someone in the face, may have stuffed the ballot a bit.
Sacramone may only come home with silver, but, if internet trends are a determining factor, America will welcome her back with open arms, literally.

Alicia should capitalize and sign as amny endorsements as she can…maybe if she has a good agent and publicist they will market her from the sympathy angle…America loves embracing loveable figures….

Last night was the first time I watched the Olympics, and when I saw our gymnasts(especially Sacramone) I thought, damn these girls actually look like healthy girls and have figures(at least for gymnasts). Then I saw the Chinese and about freaked. They looked like 10 year old bobbleheads. My step-daughter is 10 and looks older than they did..

I didn’t disagree that the Chinese girls were under 16. I think that they were. I just think that, when someone’s head is like 1/3 of their body size, that is a symptom of malnourishment as well, and that is something to consider. Those girls were not only small, they were like deathly skinny as well. An extremely low level of body fat can delay puberty.

for the proxify question, it depends how good your company’s firewall/proxy server is and how strict the policy is. if your proxy blocks anonimizers than that site probably won’t work and also most proxies keep logs so even if it works someone looking at the logs could figure it out.
