We’re now smack dab in the middle of the college football landscape. The highlight of course, is Notre Dame beating on Michigan like they’re Syracuse. The Wolverines trail the Golden Domers 21-0 in the second. Penn State is beating on the ‘Cuse by the same score and (16) Oregon is down 20-3 against unranked Purdue.
Also, the most underrated and under-appreciated team of all-time, Georgia is in a 0-0 battle with South Carolina. The fact that the Gamecocks have held the best #2 ranked team ever to zero points for more than 30 seconds might be one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen.
I don’t know what he’s doing in this picture, but it’s AMAZING! Put him on SportsCenter!
Oh and it’s only like 3 hours and change until the game of the Millennium.

I’m surprised the NCAA even let South Carolina show up today. Georgia is clearly the best team in the history of ever. It’s embarrassing to let another team try and stop them from winning.

Where are all the PAC 10 guys screaming about BYU being handed a game today? I have to admit three straight fumbles really helps to put points on the board. But the cougars have dominated UCLA (the win is not as big as it may have been with Tenn shown as a fraud). BYU has shown itself as an excellent team in all stages of the game today. They played terribly last week and a crappy call tainted the win. Their defense is still questionable at best, but their offense is one of the best in the country. Pretty amazing win, almost a 60 point shutout with about two minutes left.
