Gettin’ Fraudy With It: TCU 32, BYU 7
College Football October 17th. 2008, 11:45am
TCU crushes No. 9 BYU, 32-7
Cougars crushed by TCU, 32-7
We were wrong. We were wrong. We were wrong. We were wrong.
Max Hall has been forever vanquished from all future Heisman Trophy lists on this site. The only positive here is that we purposely saved the College Football Top 10 for this afternoon because we had a sneaking suspicion that the Cougars would be exposed. Your BYU-less Top 10 should appear later in the day.

You should listen to your commenters sometimes. I think everyone had this.

hey – it’s no fun picking chalk. it’s like poker – sometimes, you gotta take a chance with a shitty hand and hope for the best.

I definitely commented on a TCU win, but you should never listen to me anyway.

Making accurate assessments of the situation (football teams, poker hands) and making a decision based on that assessment isn’t fun? Being correct is fun.

TBL – I shouldn’t even be talking smack. I was too lazy to do anything with the game.

Sparty you sound like the tools on the ESPN fantasy football message boards. “Multiple fantasy league champion here to answer questions, but only for a short time”
October 17th, 2008 at 11:58 am
How very established of them.
Agreed, only established teams can afford 1-AA losses and still be allowed to keep the program. BYU will still win 10 games. They are a solid team, just not top-10.

I have nine 6-0 FFL teams. ANSWERING ALL YOUR QUESTIONS FOR THE NEXT 10 MINUTES ONLY!

I was gonna bet the NC State +11 line, and all the hockey overs. Would have went 7-1 last night. unfortunately my internet at home wasn’t working. Tomorrow it’ll be working and I’ll go 0-10.

that’s life, triston.

Max Hall is going to have to answer to his 9 wives about his draft stock plummeting.
October 17th, 2008 at 12:06 pm
diesel, i can verify that sparty is
a toolclose to the top of the espn pick’em. i think he plummets this weekend, though.October 17th, 2008 at 12:08 pm
sparty, I must have missed your pick for the Arkansas – Kentucky game.
October 17th, 2008 at 12:11 pm

ark-go with your boys.
October 17th, 2008 at 12:13 pm
Rex-thanks man, but no way.
October 17th, 2008 at 12:18 pm
arranging the picks in order of confidence is a complete whore this week. agree or disagree, sparty?
October 17th, 2008 at 12:21 pm
sparty, I think a lot of people are. Line started out at Kentucky -11, last I saw it was Kentucky -7. That being said, I never bet on Arkansas. Too much conflict of interest.
October 17th, 2008 at 12:26 pm
Rex-completely agree, but I felt that way about last week. Fuck Illinois.
October 17th, 2008 at 12:55 pm
oh guess who called it.
