Rugby Players Love Theme Parties
Rugby November 15th. 2008, 2:22pm
This is the second rugby reference today, but this story isn’t nearly as heartwarming as the first mention.
This story is about a Jew Party. Oxford’s under-21 rugby team threw an after-game party using the theme “bring a fit Jew.” (”Fit” is British for “hot.”) Last week they had a toga party, this week the players were encouraged to dress like traditional orthodox Jews and carry bags of money.
More from the Guardian UK:
The captain of the under-21 team, Phil Boon, said he “didn’t see what the problem was”. He said Jewish girls had accepted invites to the party. “I can understand why it might have offended some people, but it would have been an awesome social.” Boon refused to comment further.
Only a college kid could give a quote as clueless and awesome as that one. Am I the only one who is reminded of Corey Delaney?

Dude, CRM, I sent that video to TBL over a year ago. Glad to see it finally surface.
November 15th, 2008 at 2:34 pm
I was to reiterate that this video is not new to me. Also, those glasses are pretty famous.

No worries, CRM, just a timeless video. I like when he says “no, I really dont want to take them off.”
Good post. Needs more jew hate.

KU is getting booty raped.
Fetch – The real question is could Michigan Tech beat Michigan in football?

Idiot Navy quarterback. You can’t take a sack there.
November 15th, 2008 at 3:32 pm
I’m sure someone who got into Navy is an idiot. Great idea.
November 15th, 2008 at 3:35 pm
How did Navy score any points with that offense? Was that play action on 4th and 13?
November 15th, 2008 at 3:36 pm
You’re right. Everyone who goes to a prestigious academic school is a genius. Everyone.
November 15th, 2008 at 3:41 pm
haha great example. maybe he should have gone to a dynamite academic institution like Arizona State or Oregon, all those awesome Pac-10 schools.
November 15th, 2008 at 3:44 pm
Yeah. And everyone who goes to a “sub-par” academic school is an idiot.
Not sure what you’re arguing about here. The Navy quarterback made a dumb play. Not arguable. It doesn’t say anything about his intelligence off the field.
November 15th, 2008 at 3:50 pm
And by the way, the Pac-10 has USC, Stanford(!), UW and Cal. Those are some pretty good academic schools.
November 15th, 2008 at 3:57 pm
You’re right, saying “idiot Navy quarterback” is the same as saying, “that was a dumb play”
November 15th, 2008 at 3:57 pm
When followed by: you can’t take a sack there, yeah. It is.
November 15th, 2008 at 7:41 pm
Stanford, Cal, UCLA, and USC are all top undergraduate/graduate school destinations (you’re looking at 4 out of the Top 20 law schools, 2 out of the Top 10). Washington, Arizona, and Oregon are also solid schools. No major football or basketball conference can compete academically. It’s one of the reasons why all of you folks who want the Pac-10 to add a school like Boise St. or Fresno St. to the conference don’t understand the situation. Those schools are a joke academically and would never be accepted because of that.
