As if the Patriots didn’t have enough to deal with this week with the undefeated Indianapolis Colts coming to town, ornery New England coach Bill Belichick now has to ground his 19-year-old son following an arrest for smoking pot over the weekend.

Wonder how the New England media will treat this one. Will the Globe and Herald pretend like it never happened – kind of like they did this summer during Belichick’s homewrecking debacle?

You may have forgotten – since nobody’s written about it – but this summer, court papers claimed Teflon Bill was cheating on his wife with a MILF in New Jersey, and it broke up said MILF’s marriage. Teflon Bill wasn’t shy about it either – flying her to ‘hang out’ with him at the Super Bowl, allegedly purchasing workout equipment for her (while she was still married, mind you), and apparently setting her up with a beach house at the Jersey Shore one summer.

So read all about it here … because you know ESPN’s not going to touch either story. They need Belichick more than he needs them. Ditto for the Boston media.
