Are you guys kidding? Yahoo? AOL? Come on, anyone who argues that they are on par with cbs sportsline is just making themselves sound foolish. Sportsline by far has better content, writers, and coverage. I can’t remember ever looking at sports on yahoo or aol, and only once or twice on SI. It’s ESPN and Sportsline, then local newspapers.

Um, am I missing something?

A few weeks ago I was talking about CBS with three other guys, guys who literally spend close to a hundred hours per week at sports sites, and have for nearly a decade. Not one of us goes to CBS Sportsline. Maybe once, twice a year — only because we see something like Doyel’s weird mailbag on another site like Deadspin. Gregg, Sportsline’s not on the “menu,” ok?

Yahoo’s my choice, but remember that they take content from TSN, SI, etc.

Oh, and this interview did nothing to un-convince me that Doyel is the biggest douche on the interweb. I love how he probably made a point to send that badass picture of himself to the Big Lead to use.
