The result? Stadiums for Italian soccer matches for the remainder of the season may stay empty. At least that’s the proposal from government ministers. It will be voted upon Wednesday.
Message to all of the outstanding players in the Italian soccer league who would rather play in front of 15,000 docile fans than 100,000 rowdy, fireworks-hurling nutjobs: the MLS would love your services!
