Barkley Makes Bavetta Bleed, Then Kisses Him On the Lips
Uncategorized February 18th. 2007, 3:04pmThere’s virtually zero chance you haven’t seen the footage of portly 44-year-old Charles Barkley racing 67-year-old referee Dick Bavetta Saturday night in Vegas. Barkley is quite a showman, and you can’t help but laugh when he starts running backwards like Apollo Creed. But to make a man collecting social security bleed? We’re surprised nobody has picked up on the cut on Bavetta’s knee that is spewing blood during the post-race check-presenting.
Right now, this comes in just below the dunking exhibition Monta Ellis put on in the Rookies-Sophomore game Friday. If you like dunks, and you haven’t seen the compilation, kindly direction your attention here. It’s one of the best – if not the best – in-game aerial exhibition we’ve ever seen.

Are you serious? That wasnt even that impressive of a showing, and I like Monte Ellis… I didnt watch the game and was expecting so much more by the way you pumped up the highlight… and it was quite boring. I’m pretty sure LeBron and Carmello put on a better show in the rookie game when they were rookies. You guys disappoint me.

Wow, I’m glad someone said it. I didn’t understand. Ellis did a bunch of really boring dunks.

Good to see Ernie Johnson looking a lot better.
And regarding Monta Ellis, watching the game the dunks were nice because they seemed to come one after the other. Individually, however, they aren’t that great, except for the one-hander where his head almost reaches the rim (He is only 6′3, or more like 6′2).

You obviously have not seen many in-game aerial exhibitions.
