AJ Hawks Deems Leakage of His Wedding Photos ‘An Issue’ (Still No Word from Brady Quinn)

When we brought you AJ Hawk’s wedding album last week – you know, the collection of photos featuring newly-minted Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn in full Village People regalia – everyone got a good laugh out of it. Sports Illustrated linked to them, but surprisingly, there still hasn’t been a peep from ESPN – not even at Page 2 or the AM Jump (if we missed it, forgive us). Could there be another Ron Mexico ban in the works? Perhaps it’s something to monitor.
But this post is all about lucky groom/Packers linebacker AJ Hawk, who is none-too-happy about the photos leaking out.
“Yeah, that was just a bad decision on the photographers we chose,” Hawk said. “It’s been an issue a little bit. We had no idea what happened. Some photos got put up without our permission, and I just feel bad for Brady and other people that were at the wedding, because it was just something that the D.J. had set up, I don’t know, some ‘Village People’ thing that they did, and some pictures got out and it’s tough. I guess you’ve got to watch every single thing you do because everything’s public now.”
Bad decision? No. Punching a woman in the face and then trying to run from the cops while drunk is a bad decision.

I thought they did the Brady story on PTI last week. Am I mis-remembering?

Didn’t they check on the track record of the photographer first? The photographers must have been underpaid. If the photographer was all good at first look then maybe he/she isn’t that experienced when it comes to taking pictures of weddings, engagements, shows, and the likes.
