While the Boys’ pick will depend on where Cleveland lands, they’re more than likely going to look at either a WR (Terry Glenn and Terrell Owens aren’t getting any younger) or more than likely a S to offset the number of times Roy Williams’ gets torched.

I dont think you need to take a WR that high, while Patrick Crayton and Miles Austin are far from polished, maybe the Cowboys can coach them up to where they can be decent contributors because it is my belief that Terry Gleen wont be back in Dallas in 2008 and same for TO. The Cowboys need upgrades at OT, DT & DB.

So it seems to be a consensus, the Colts have played a tougher schedule, but Dallas and New England, who have played equally crappy teams are ranked ahead of them. I still think Dallas is the better of the overrateds.

the Texans lose a game and move *up* in the rankings? Awesome. If you told me in pre-season the Texans would be ranked #8 in *any* power poll – I’d have called you a liar.

I can’t believe the Texans look like an actual, professional football team. The question is whether any of the players will survive this season. The whole f’n team is injured.

The ESPN bashing on this site by some of the people on this site get’s dumber by the second. ESPN gives you people plenty to bash them about, you don’t have to say dumb things like that.

In regards to WR
I think Bowman from Ok. State is the only real potential “stud”
Crabtree from T.Tech is decent
The Michigan boys are decent
Bryant from Purdue is decent.

Don’t forget that the ‘Boys have two first round picks. They can easily get a reciever with the second pick. Off the top of my head, I can’t think of any stud WRs coming out this year. I could be wrong. Glen Dorsey is definitely a possibility. I hadn’t thought of him. It probably depends on how well/poorly Tank does this year. I still say you go with McFadden if he’s available, though. You can never have too much talent in the backfield, and Julius looks to be on his way out.

Stinder- you are right but Barber is perfectly capable and it is really hard to run the ball when A) You will have no wide receivers to throw to and B) you are playing from behind because your defense gives up 300 yrds in the air
