So we’re not sure how much of this is true, but apparently The NFL Network’s Rich Eisen had a book party in LA recently to celebrate something he wrote called Total Access. (Yes, we’re talking about the same Rich Eisen that used to be at ESPN and is a major chick magnet.) We just got a call from a friend who didn’t attend, but is hearing the party was heavy with the A-listers. How does Rich Eisen get singer Sheryl Crow and actors Josh Duhamel and Michael Vartan to show up? Does Eisen’s agent have that much clout? Did we miss the memo on Rich Eisen going big-time? And by big-time we mean … does it get any bigger than … Mark McGwire? Yes, the Sultan of Steroids was supposedly in the house. And here we were under the impression that Big Red didn’t do public appearances. Other athletes who supposedly went: Eric Dickerson and Marshall Faulk.

We poked around the net but found nothing. Anyone?
