Irish- i love “honeybuns” and spicy Ramen Noodles. Plus, to quote my clients “mis books is levy.” I think that means there commisary is chang-dangleing, off the charts, or just broke. I usually say,”OK, well, tell your sister I am for you…..(cough, pay me)…The appeal before this circuit after BOOKER is gonna cost you honeybuns. Alot of em.

@rittyrich- good question, at first I didnt understand when I was told it, but the explanation I got was this: in torts you have a better shot at avoiding litigation and/or a lengthy process, in addition, you just might beat it, and make your insurance company happy. Secondly, you simply just cant refuse multiple times (this from a criminal POV, which I practice in). You get one “bite at the apple”, i.e you refuse on the first, and then again on the second, you will be hit (like most states) with a mandatory 20 days + a likely violation on the first. When somebody dies the and the suspect refuses, the cops get a warrant and draw a blood sample. This can be even more damaging (like the pot you smoked a couple days ago or the crank you snorted with Irish’s mom) when introduced into evidence.

i think every state takes DUI’s and vehicular related homicides very seriously. I think judges need to take it more serioulsy and think of the victims more
