You get one &quot;bite at the apple&quot;, i.e you refuse on the first, and then again on the second, you will be hit (like most states) with a mandatory 20 days + a likely violation on the first.  When somebody dies the and the suspect refuses, the cops get a warrant and draw a blood sample.
