Any real full time UFC ref would have stopped it when Thompson was on top of Kimbo drilling elbows into his head, the ref is experienced, as he has done many UFC events...I feel a controversy, unfortunetely most of mainstream America thinks this is the quality of fights in MMA, and this waslight years behind the UFC That ref had to be told that no matter what, unless Kimbo gets tapped out of knocked out, Kimbo is winning the fight. Plus, they couldn't even get accurate numbers the may sweeps ended May 21st (so there goes your metered markets) and the main event went past primetime - meaning no overnight ratings.
