There’s a big difference between Kobe and MJ. The difference is Kobe throws his teammates, the organization and the fans under the bus every chance he gets, whines like a bitch, is selfish, and still detests the team game. That’s for starters.

Did you read the transcript of when Kobe was being interrogated in Colorado? Ask Shaq if he was happy about hearing Kobe mention his name regarding rape/sexual assault allegations to the cops. Ask Andrew Bynum if he was happy watching Kobe s**t on him to the “Kobe Video guys”, ask the other players how they felt when Kobe kept saying “I need some help, I can’t do it alone”…because except for the Kwame/Gasol trade and Fisher, this is essentially the same team he had last year; remember when he was trying to get Mitch Kupchak fired and have Jerry West come back? What about when Kobe accused Karl Malone of hitting on his wife — have you EVER heard of a professional sports athlete going public with that s**t? That kind of stuff is handled INSIDE the locker room. How about when Kobe was whining about wanting to be traded all summer long? How did the true LA Laker fans feel when he wanted to abandon them after they’ve stuck by him? How many times have you seen Kobe get slapped up (Chris Childs, Reggie Miller, Raja Bell) and not seen anyone really come to his defense? I’ve never seen anyone ready to fight for that guy. This is the same guy who admitted to cheating on his wife — repeatedly. This is the same guy who pushed Shaq out of LA (I’m not a Shaq fan). Have you heard about him and his agent trying to drum up positive press during his rape case by alerting media and writers to his charity activities with sick kids?

Kobe Bryant is a hell of a ball player, but as a person he’s garbage. People want to like him because he’s so good on the court and so skilled. He’s amazing to watch. I get it. But the guy is as fake as they come and if I can count so many blatant acts of disloyalty through the media, imagine what kind of guy he is in real life? He slams the ball and pouts when he’s angry. He treats his teammates like garbage.

Say what you want about Jordan, but he was a man and he was loyal to Chicago, to his teammates and to his fans. Yeah, he might have been behind his coach getting fired…so was Magic. He punched out a teammate or teammates…who hasn’t got into it with teammates.

The difference is MJ was a man, and Kobe is a snake.

What really surprised me during Game 3 was watching Kobe at the line. No, not when he missed free throws, but when he slapped or kicked away the ball after he failed to get a basket. My 3 year old doesn’t get away with such sulky, spoiled behavior. It’s a stupid little thing, I know — but I’ve never seen another NBA player do it. Usually, the players are considerate with the ball, handing it off to the ref, etc. This behavior just seemed stupid and immature and spoiled. Weird. And no one mentioned it. Is he always like this?

Grundgedave, there was nowhere near the disparity that there was in Game 2. Kobe got fouled on almost every possession. He should have shot 30 free throws. They still have some more making up to do.

Come on…anyone that didn’t see this coming hasn’t paid attention to Kobe’s career. The guy is a douchebag and will always be one. No amount of kool-aid drinking media members voting him mvp or writing puff pieces will change that. And while I’m a Sox fan, the fact that blowhard Curt Schilling wrote this about Kobe doesn’t diminish its veracity. Hey, it takes a douche to know a douche…Curt meet Kobe…Kobe, Curt…
