Gotta love the thin skin factor... but Jones is such a hypocrite its not even funny. The Detroit Sports Rag has even taken him to task on an article he wrote making fun of the media... well worth the read- here.

Raburn is a classic NL player as a sub off the bench. He can play many positions (OF and INF) and has decent power from the right side. He’s BA has suffered with a lack of AB’s. He has a pretty good glove.

Even Leyland last year said Raburn would make a valuable piece on a NL team. He’s just not a guy who will crack a lineup for everyday play.

Scrub? Not really.

Todd Jones is a nutjob. A big, whiny baby whopretty much stalked this guy for two days with emails and would not let up. He has pulled this stunt before in Detroit when he thinks the media is too harsh on him, yet he dishes it out in his column? Stone-Throwing Righty who lives in a huge glass house.

last September, when a bunch of Detroit fans came to Cleveland, all i heard was about how good this Raburn kid was gonna be. now he’s a scrub? Detroit guys…is this accurate?

it is not accurate. he didn’t even start the season in the majors because of freaking clete thomas. if he’s a starting OF for your team, you might as well make a tee time on october 1.
