Good job, Jose. You just got knocked on your ass by a guy that you’ve got 6 inches and who knows how many pounds on.
Aside from being able to hit a baseball very far, Jose Canseco has proved again and again that he is an extremely mediocre human being. He’s written a book full of accusations that were never really proven, appeared on reality television and… Oh, something else that wasn’t very good too. Yup, Jose Canseco sure has been… alive for a while. Good for him.

he’s a douchebag and its awesome that he got knocked out.. but to be fair, his first book was spot on with the steroid allegations.. just about every1 he named (pudge,palmerio, mcgwire, etc) was implicated in the steriod ring

there isn’t a happier man right now that chad qualls got lit up today.
i was losing every fantasy baseball category, and thanks to homer bailey, lincecum and brian backe, im right back in the mix.
of course b wilson gives up a run … dammit!

talk about a difference a week can make. last week, my pitching staff goes out and throws up 1 QS a 5.26 ERA and a WHIP of about 1.80 and K/9 around 5.60. This week I get 6 QS, an ERA of 2.61, WHIP of 1.01 and 7.9 K/9.

The last four were to the Tribe, inexcusable.
Tampa, (IMO) is done, this four game sweep is going to be in their heads during the break, and the Yanks and BoSox are hot.

i wouldn’t go as far as to say the yanks and bosox are hot, but not playing nearly as bad as the Rays over the last week. the yanks are way too inconsistent to get excited about their play.
