Brady Quinn Has a Suitor: KC Chiefs’ Fans
NFL September 17th. 2008, 4:00pm
With the struggles of Derek Anderson and the Cleveland offense – tied for last in points per game and third to last in yards per game; this week, good luck in Baltimore – we can’t see the Browns parting with Brady Quinn. But don’t let that get in the way of hopeful Chiefs’ fans, who have started a Get Brady Now website
Right now, KC has the worst QB depth chart in the NFL: 35-year-old Damon Huard (who’s hurt, but may start Sunday in Atlanta), Tyler Thigpen and Ingle Martin. Pity Dwayne Bowe.

Brady might be the starting QB in Cleveland by mid-October. No way is he heading to KC…
And, Brady, if you are reading, Hef would like his outfit back before the fall wedding season starts up.

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned this but Jeff George is looking to make a come back…

Folks… that is a Chiefs fan. Completely brain dead coming up with completely irrational schemes to fix the team. Who in the world do the Chiefs have that the Browns would trade their QB of the future for? Just mindnumbingly hard to live in this town during football season.

I hope this goes through, nothing will kill Brady Quinn’s career faster than playing in KC.

KC Chiefs fans should feel damn lucky they aren’t Detroit Lions fans.

KC, living in Redskins town, I can relate.

Can we get a full post on your Quinn hatred and then a phony apology that someone takes seriously?

Hey Whitlock…you reading? You keep pimping your boy…no shot of him staying on your couch for a few weeks and helping out Herm?
September 17th, 2008 at 4:23 PM
But Ingle Martin was so good at Furman!

So this is what they do at gay weddings.
September 17th, 2008 at 4:26 PM
Brady to the Chiefs? Now all he’d need is to spend time with the Steelers (hard hat), Cowboys, Patriots (military guy), San Francisco (for the gay leather) and the Bengals (for the cop) to hit the Village People sweep!

One day, probably when Jeff George turns 65, folks are going to realize that Whitlock has been clowing everyone with his annual Jeff George columns since 2005. His editor and him laugh their asses off everytime he writes one.

It’s settled. Carl Peterson for Brady. Straight up.

“Ingle Martin”
September 17th, 2008 at 4:43 PM
It doesn’t matter who Kansas City has at QB when they have one of the most atrocious offensive lines in the league. How can anyone be successful playing behind a line that can’t block?

August-You missed the chaps in dallas
I couldn’t bring myself to type ‘assless chaps’ at that point in the day.
September 17th, 2008 at 4:44 PM
I heard Brady was pretty good from behind when there is no blockers…
September 17th, 2008 at 4:45 PM

thigpen is the anti-Cassel; my dad reminds me constantly that he couldn’t keep the starting job for his high school team.

I wouldn’t get carried away with statistics this early in the season. Browns played in a mess Sunday night.. and DA’s wr’s lead the league in drops through two games (i’m getting carried away with stats!). He’s got two weeks to show he should be the starter the rest of the year.
