Fantasy Alert: Plaxico Burress Suspended

The Giants have a bye this week, which means that the New York media will have another 10 days to get frothy over the suspension of the team’s most reliable offensive weapon, Plaxico Burress:
FOXSports.com has learned that the Giants have suspended Burress for two weeks for failing to show up for work on Monday and not responding to several phone calls by the team to explain his unexcused absence both Monday and Tuesday.
Sinorice Moss wanted a chance, and he’ll have it two Sundays from now against Seattle.

A few things…Chris Rock has been put on the scoreboard at Shea for 3 years chanting Let’s Go Mets…not some earth shattering news..but an obvious sign of his vast intelligence
Sparty is a Yankee fan so he probably doesn’t care who Rock roots for
The Champs will be fine…Plax got his money 2 weeks ago..I don’t know what happened or what he was thinking…but I like that TC isn’t letting complacency happen on this team…Plax is important but they have receivers and RBs up the ass so it’s not devastating…All I hear is how this and that will be bad for the Champs…Strahan retires..there goes the season…Shockey is traded…there goes the season..Osi is out for the year..There goes the season…Plax gets suspended..turmoil…It is another bump in the road…the Champs are deep..I am not worried..I just hope Plax doesn’t bring it out on the field…but watching him the last two years..he hates to be embarrassed… he will be better for it

Not true – the Steelers spend right up to the cap every year. They just have a history of making frugal decisions regarding players who are either 1) a pain in the ass; and/or 2) at or just past the approximate peak of their career.
For example, is Faneca really going to be worth everything the Jets are paying him?
