The Nuggets Add Crazy to the Roster
1-liner, NBA October 3rd. 2008, 12:00pmYeah, that’ll work: Denver Nuggets acquire dangerous PG Jamaal Tinsley from the Pacers for Chucky Atkins and Stephen Hunter. Now all Larry Bird has to do is get rid of Shawne Williams and he’ll have purged the roster of troublemakers. TJ Ford or Jarrett Jack will run point for the Pacers. (Tinsley’s Mouthpiece, aka Pete Vecsey)

Why is this a 1 hitter? This should be longer and more analytical. It’s actually sports related you know, instead of being about which foods you like to pronounce.

Jamaal Tinsley is relieved to know he won’ have temmates who snitch anymore.
Tinsley and J.R. Smith together… what could possibly go wrong?

Analyzing a low-impact NBA trade among two teams going backwards who won’t make the playoffs?

The Nuggets aren’t going to make the playoffs? They should be in it the whole year (like last year) and they’ll still be a good team with a shot at the 8 seed.

Dudes, the Pacers are my squad, and i’ve always liked Tinsley. He will thrive in Denver’s system. It’s not his fault the Pacers had zero talent for a while. Comeback player of the year prediction… Granger will be an all start also.
/better sell my Tinsley jersey on ebay

Mr. Baseball – you mean the bad defensive team that traded away its best defensive player (Camby)? The team that imploded in the playoffs against the lakers? If you’d like to wager on this, I’ll gladly do so. I say no playoffs.

The Pacers will make the playoffs…they were only one damn game away last year.

Of course, lost in all this is that the trade isn’t happening.
