NBA Odds and Ends
1-liner, NBA October 30th. 2008, 3:00pmNBA: Please read the comments section here for reaction to Greg Oden’s multi-week absence from the Blazers. It is a collective sigh … Even though he opened the game with a sick spin move and right handed layup, cocky Michael Beasley blew a ton of layups last night against the Knicks and “looked lost defensively” … Hopefully, this is the year Nick Young goes nuts … Kevin Durant really stunk up the joint last night, going 0-fer in the first half … And your laugher, via True Hoop: LeBron learned nothing from Larry Brown at the 2004 Olympics. Can’t wait to see if he lights the Bobcats up for 50 a couple times this season.

Pretty typical of LeGlobal to think he knows more than someone like Larry brown. I wish nothing, but the worst for the LeBrand.

irish…na, im not sure who that is. that’s pretty cool tho. regardless, it’s nice to see a cleveland product succeed and play for his hometown team. i hope he gets some real burn at some point.

LeBron is wrong. He did learn how much of a jerk Larry Brown is. He also learned that when things were at their lowest, and everyone else was pointing fingers all over the place, it was that supposed malcontent, Allan Iverson who kept things together.
