The Economy Has Taken Another Hostage: Radio Row at the Super Bowl
1-liner, Media Gossip/Musings January 27th. 2009, 2:30pmRadio Row at the Super Bowl: It’s dead. A lot of major markets skipped the trip to Tampa, and the buzz is non-existent. Shows are so hard-up for talent they’re interviewing Max Kellerman. Oy. (Sports Radio Interviews)

Can’t say I understand how this is a row

That would explain why I heard Brady Quinn being interviewed on a PGH station morning show broadcasting from there.

Hey TampaBo, we were driving home from the NFL Experience last sunday and passed by Mons-they had a sign out front that they had a webcam.

Dear lord a web cam?! I bet I see my brother in law in there.

Both Francesa and Russo are in Tampa doing their shows. I believe that Mike said yesterday that they were going to have Russo on to start the show, but things fell through.

Russos show is a train wreck. How they dedicated an entire channel to him is garbage, although who else do they have?

Quinn and Dilfer were both on The Herd this morning. My head almost exploded from the suck factor…

They finally have other hosts on Russo’s channel. Bill Pidto and Bruce Murray are on now, I think, before Russo. There’s a guy doing nights that I don’t know.
